Excellent platform to throttle traffic spikes and leverage for waiting room moments
What do you like best about the product?
Queue-it is an integral tool in throttling site traffic during moments of high-volume traffic. An additional benefit is the ability to leverage waiting room functionality to control who, when, and how many can see specific pages behind a "controlled/gated" experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge when gating specific pages to specific users via the manual file upload method is that rather than reject records that fail validation and process the rest of the file, it blocks the entire file upload. It would be more helpful to process what it can and then provide an output of records that failed to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Queue-it is amazing at throttling periods of extremely high traffic to help mitigate site/server errors when attempting to handle that volume. We've also leveraged it to gate specific content to specific users.
Insightful and great control of our waiting rooms
What do you like best about the product?
Having an insightful overview of our waiting room and full control during busy on-sales. Queue-It has really helped us manage traffic during unforeseen issues where we needed to pause the queue outflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
We find some of the features harder to understand in terms of what they do or don't do to the waiting room. Ideally, it would be great to have more setup/training videos to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want more protection around our waiting room and the additional features provided will improve that. Giving us more confidence that we have a safer website day-to-day and during busy traffic spikes.
We find ourselves providing better service by adopting Queue-it waiting rooms

Both professionally and humanly they have accompanied us throughout the process in a consistent, friendly and professional manner.

Perhaps you could improve the basic reporting service that it brings to allow you to consult a larger time window.

Predictable user flow (and ability to preview display), configurability - able to pinpoint certain page URLs or cover a wider scope of URLs, real-time analytics/monitoring
What do you dislike about the product?
(I don't really see one, but if I had to identify something -- more on me and my rushing than on the product…) Might miss a step when setting up Actions/Triggers when copying and updating an existing queue to a new one

Queue. It is a fantastic platform, which is simple to set up and start using. The company also relies on an excellent support team, always ready to quickly answer our questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can say I dislike. A room for improvement could be to have more 1-1 sessions with customers to share its roadmap, get feedback, and identify missing features and new needs.

Queue.it lets me spending less effort on monitoring opening sales since I can rely on it and trust everything will be ok, even when I am surprised by hundreds and hundreds of people accessing my platform.

We have an annual on-sale event for members that creates too much traffic for our site. Queue-It's waiting room lets us be transparent with those in line and keeps them informed throughout the process.
