What do you like best about the product?
It works like charm. User friendly admin site, easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found one yet. So I cannot name it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ticket selling to football matches with high number of buyers in the same time (10-200.000).

Queue-IT saved our bacon!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage the inflow of traffic to our website. Without being able to control this, our system gets overwhelmed and crashes. Their customer support has been excellent and always fast to respond. It's easy to use and was dropped right in front of our site without any issues. It's given us great insight into our traffic and users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our users would prefer that we didn't have a waiting room, but it's necessary during our peak periods. It would be great if there were the ability to send SMS notifications to user as well as email notifications when it's their turn but this isn't available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing inflow of traffic during peak registration periods. Our system would - and has - crashed without it. This keeps the lights on and enables intake for our programs.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is great and simple to use.

The people on the account (Tatiana, Kevin, the designers) are super helpful and supportive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a "content repository" to store pre-worded statements for our dynamic messages and if the service is paused.

When you click on an archived pre-queue to view the traffic data, it should just automatically display for the dates it was active instead of a user having to manually select the dates they remember it being active.

The 60 second delay in the queue kicking in after being activated, which may not be enough time to protect against a sudden spike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During artist pre-sales we have noticed sharp peaks where the traffic increases rapidly within a few seconds due to high demand. We have put Queue-it in place to protect our infrastructure against these severe traffic spikes.

What do you like best about the product?
We love using Queue-it's reporting for the number of users in the queue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Queue branding was WYSIWYG rather than html.

This helps us control the number of users on the site to take the load off our servers.

Great product, but requires technical background

What do you like best about the product?
It is a powerful tool and it has a lot of capabilities that help me manage my online event. Customer service is also very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Majority of the features are not very user-friendly, especially if the user does not have much technical knowledge/background. It's not a plug-and-play solution that we had anticipated it to be. I also wish that we were assigned one dedicated customer service person as opposed to having multiple people attend to the case because it seems that every time I ask a question, depending on who answers that, more questions would come up, causing more confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to limit the number of people entering our website, so that we do not overload our servers.

What do you like best about the product?
Queue-It has been very useful in helping to protect our website from data overloads during non business hours. It was very easy to create a safety net and turn it on in the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is getting better, but the ease of creating new waiting rooms and switching from the safety net has been a bit challenging for us, especially when we have multiple shows go onsale at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping control traffic to our TNEW website

Ticketing presale-events with Queue-it

What do you like best about the product?
After we decided to use Queue-it the implementation was really simple and straight forward. We had some questions that were promptly answered in a quick call just hours after submitting a ticket.

The product showed it's capabilities on the first presale we protected with Queue-it, having no capacity issues on our side. The 24/7 bot protection feature also helped us not loosing tickets to scalpers.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the current pricing, the technology is not affordable for smaller projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When hosting large ticketing presale events, there is a spike in requests to the infrastructure. This load cannot be simulated or tested in advance.
With Queue-it, all these requests are sent to a scalable waiting room that can handle the load.

What do you like best about the product?
The team listened and understood our business needs, was responsive and action-oriented, and provided training, technical support and monitoring throughout the process. Integration and implementation were seamless, and the dashboard was easy to understand and included many features and insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no negative feedback. I strongly recommend the product.
