Optimizing OmniChannel Processes with Celonis significantly!
What do you like best about the product?
- the speed on how we have implemented a MVP and then rolled it out to in depth analytics
- the business value generated over time
- the transparency now at hand for analyzing processes

- the increased customer satisfaction, gained by our improved OmniChannel processes

- the licensing modell is somewhat inflexible

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- we have started by analyzing and improving the cancellation rate of customer orders in our OmniChannel processes e.g. Click & Reserve / Click & Collect
- then we have optimized the returns handling time in our O2C logistics
- and furthermore gone into supply chain optimizations by analyzing the purchase-to-pay process

- have always in mind that optimizing processes is 90% change management 9% analysis and 1% tool

Interface conviviale, facilité d'utilisation et de navigation. Nous avons pu déployer la solution avec facilité. De nombreuses fonctionnalités et la capacité de se connecter à divers systèmes informatiques en font un outil très puissant. Nous obtenons une visibilité de bout en bout de l'ensemble du processus, ce qui est très unique et aucune autre technologie n'a la capacité de montrer une image claire du processus de cette manière. Une fois que nous avons configuré le modèle de données pour un processus, nous pouvons simplement jouer avec différents indicateurs clés de performance et commencer à analyser le processus à travers diverses dimensions.

Le magasin d'applications aurait pu être plus utile en fournissant des lignes directrices pour la sélection des processus.

1. Nous avons souligné d'énormes problèmes de conformité dans l'un de nos plus grands processus - Achat à Paiement. Nous avons défini des indicateurs clés de performance spécifiques pour surveiller et contrôler ceux-ci à l'avenir.
2. Gestion de la trésorerie - combler les écarts entre le monde opérationnel et financier. Nous avons travaillé à identifier les recouvrements de trésorerie pour l'entreprise en utilisant Celonis.

Très puissant et peut apporter beaucoup de valeur aux organisations ayant une grande empreinte de données. Peut être utilisé pour identifier les anomalies de processus.

i created conformance checks over all our process models with python and was able to identify the best performing and least performing processes which i have to adjust.

Celonis est un outil très flexible et utile pour analyser les processus métier. Celonis aide beaucoup à trouver les goulets d'étranglement et les inefficacités dans les processus ainsi que les problèmes dans les interfaces entre les systèmes de flux de travail. En tant qu'analyste métier, vous pouvez obtenir rapidement des informations sur la performance de vos processus métier et où se situent les problèmes. Vous pouvez sélectionner les données pertinentes et tous les KPI se rafraîchiront en quelques secondes.

Pour construire une nouvelle analyse, vous avez besoin de connaissances en SQL et d'une compréhension fondamentale des données.

D'abord, il est difficile de construire un nouveau modèle de données pour la visualisation des processus basé sur le système de flux de travail si vous avez des processus très complexes. Mais si vous acquérez de l'expérience, cela deviendra plus facile.

Speed considering the amount of data used

limited functionalities. For example, try to plot/line daily data for couple of years (for example it is not possible to set ticks properly)

How to visualize data = dashboards (OLAP + figures).
Benefits: one place with all necessary information. Can push/pull data from Python. Fast filtering with very good level of segregation (different filters for different parts)

If you are interested in actual process mining, this is the best (basically only) tool you want. In addition, you get a very decent dashboarding tool similar to Tableau but with EU company
Celonis is very helpful with regards to process mining and analytics in combination

The visualization of the process flow in combination with business intelligence information helps managers, operational staff and process experts alike to understand the processes better and find inefficiencies.

We are visualizing different processes with Celonis and uncover potential process weaknesses and then take according measures to have a more efficient process.

What do you like best about the product?
Capabilities to generate insights never being able before due to the combination of process mining and ML. The opportunity to directly take action for business transactions that (might) become critical according to identified patterns brings process management/-improvement to the next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
The effort to implement use cases is often higher than promised. In 90% of the cases plug&play of content and analyses is not possible because the meaningfulness of results on this level is not sufficient. The real value unfolds if digging deeper which also means more implementation effort due to complexity.
