Celonis - a powerful process transformation tool

- transparency in a way that did not exist before,

What do you dislike about the product?
If your process is not a standard process, working with Celonis needs quite some validation work before you can reap the benefits (this would be applicable for any other process mining tool as well).

Reduce waste in our processes, support automation, improve on-time delivery and thus our execution processes

Power, ease of use, clear and visionary roadmap.Process analytics is a clear way to share end-2-end vision of proceses.

Service support of IBC could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to improve the CX of the final customer, improving processes and removing inefficiencies. With Celonis is possible to have a clear and easy end-2-end vision of the processes.

Be clear on scope, be clear on KPI definition in selecting uses cases to work with process mining

Celonis ability to visualize the entire process flow and show hidden inefficiencies underlying within various data sets is absolutely amazing. Its a next gen tool to not only uncover potential friction points but also helps in generating insights to drive improvements.

Improvements can be made to the dashboards.

Celonis is enabling us to drive multiple transformation initiatives in different streams and across industries. Attaining full transparency around underlying processes have resulted in optimizing efficiency and improved customer experience.

Celonis put process mining on the map, globally. Celonis grew from process discovery to analysis, to conformance, to enhancement and is now expanding fast to become a one-stop shop for complete process management.

Licensing model; need to buy new functionality separately

Allowing process experts to visualize, analyze, improve and monitor processes end-to-end, across departments; triggering improvement actions, engaging process experts and owners.

Celonis is an incredibly powerful tool that every company should be adopting.
What do you like best about the product?
The action engine. Data analysis and insights are one thing, but taking action on data is where value is realized.

Can be complex to develop for non-technical business analysts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
P2P and AP optimizations. To date, reducing errors on from overspent PO's is our best performing use case.

Highly recommend working with Celonis. They are incredibly knowledge in various business domains as well as in their own product.

Je n'ai pas assez d'expérience pour avoir des aversions, mais j'ai eu un peu de mal lorsque les cours ont été modifiés de sorte que ma formation ancienne a été supprimée. C'était décourageant, mais je n'avais suivi que quelques cours, donc cela ne me dérangeait pas de devoir les reprendre. Cela n'a fait que renforcer ma connaissance du processus de construction de l'exploration de processus.

Nous sommes capables d'obtenir de grandes perspectives à partir de nos données ERP que nous avions du mal à atteindre par le passé. What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly and fast Celonis is. I can run reporting in seconds that would take hours before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the complexity of building your own dashboards that require formulas and coding experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Celonis to track our inside sales metrics. We were able to track and reduce our order processing times and reach over 90 % of order confirmations sent to our customers.

You need to have an internal person with coding experience to build your dashboards.
