What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer support service. Anytime I tried reaching them out, I was totally satisfied.

Application response time might be slightly slower at some times. But very rarely.

Celonis has improved our overall business flow by a huge margin. It has AI integration which always gives us suggestions for how we can run our business in more efficient ways.

The app include all sort of analysis a process analyst wants

I was unable to export the results to use it in presentation preparing apps such as MS Powerpoint

After implementing Celonis Process Mining, we are able to see all the bottlenecks in our operations. The dashboards make complex looking data easily accessible to non-technical users.

Require more effort from the IT Team. Also pricing model is somewhat vague.
