What do you like best about the product?
Ability to scale, ease of use and large catelog of connectors

Workato allows us to manage our system integrations in one platform and expand our system integration development with ease of use.
This tool has great potential as well as opportunities for improvements.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool for non-technical users who want to streamline their processes. The platform supports a wide range of apps and connectors. The platform's user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it user-friendly even for those who are new to automation. The platform is continuously updated with new features and improvements. Providing a chat window within the tool to discuss with support team is commandable and saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workato's customer support should be improved, especially on the support ticket ownership. There are cases where the ticket being transferred to mulitple support engineers. Few error messages in Workato can sometimes be vague, providing detailed error messages could make it easier to resolve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several integrations between Cloud and On-premise applications and this tool is the best fit for us.

Workato should be granted increased flexibility to manage larger datasets, as the current limitations, such as 50k for CSV or the constraints when implementing Python or Ruby code, hinder the processing of larger data volumes.

Handling a requirement to process over 1 million records seamlessly from source to endpoint, Workato proved instrumental in ensuring a smooth and issue-free execution

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of workato is its ability to seemlessly integrate and automate workflows across various applications and saving more time. Some of the upsides of using Workato include its user friendly interface, prebuilt connectors and flexibility to customize automation solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful aspect of Workato might be its learning curve, as it can be complex for beginners. Downsides of using Workato could include the cost of the platform and the need for some technical expertise to create advanced automations.

Workato is helping us solve various business problems, such as streamlining manual operation processes, enhancing collaboration between different departments, and reducing operational costs by automating repetitive tasks.

The hand glove experience to get you started and setup Workato is great. Intgeration is easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some UI issues, that clearly not state what needs to be inputted to setup the connections. Failure points in connections are not quite apparent. Configuring recipes require meticulous details

What do you dislike about the product?
State maintenance is not available, so we are not able to create recipes which requires state.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its feature of able to embed in any system gives larger flexibitiy for B2B business to allow their customer to automate different features
Workato is good for integration and migration to build API with no code or less code.
What do you like best about the product?
Workato is easy to use and can connect multiple applications easily with Workato and process the data, easy to implement through a recipe. We can create schedule and trigger recipe base on our business needs and also connect custom application with HTTP connector and also frequency is good too. Easy to get Workato team support when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did performance test on Workato API's and got a positive response. Only one thing I would like to mention about Workato documentation, couple of things are not mentioned in docs so, sometimes we get trouble to find some specific information related connectors and all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using different platform for API's before Workato. As I compare with that, Workato is easy to build API's and cheap as well and can increase concurrency limits base on our business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and understand. Once you have the logic in place it is easier to create and get going. Customer support at first was a challenge however during the interaction it was really great they had personal support and regularly provided updates which was very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation search and not so convenient for searching for the information that you are looking for and not having more examples or again not so easy to find the right examples
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduced a lot of Manual job, Now everything is automated and the end user feels it is more convenient to use our product and hope it helps in growing the business too.

Their CX, damn good! always there and ready to assist.

i might get frustrated with my flow/step. but with their CS team, ALL. IS. GOOD!
