Maybe the custom connector creation would be easier if more video tutorials could be shared to use as an example
Also it would be great to have some level of inheritance so maybe common logic could be reused as libraries in multiple recipes

For starters, the abstraction on handling the actual call to the provider
There is also the ability to have the same recipe being used by multiple clients, each with its own configuration

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to learn, very powerful, hundreds of out of the box connectors, Great SDK support for custom connectors etc.,

Need to carefully design the recipes considering the number of tasks if customers has limited licence of workato, absence of EDI connectors...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the times, I have been working on automating employee onboarding. Quick time to market is the key benefit and a complex flow can be implemented so soon

What do you like best about the product?
Nocode lowcode integration tool.Workato is a self learning tool with the help of videos from the Workato academy and also the workato docs is an excellent way to clear your understanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need some improvements on the API side. There are some use cases where we are not able to achieve the desired results using the available API functionality in workato.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on internal use case in which we are trying to automate the onboarding process otherwise it would have been very difficult.Workato made our work easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
workato is one of the very few integartion cloud based tools available in the market. It makes your integration with the businesses very easy and anyone will be able to integrate using workato because you can learn it very fast. The good thing is that Workato is providing certifcation free of cost and the self-learning videos on the workato's academy is appreciable.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Workato is the incredible customer service and the large number of connectors to choose from. The integrations that we have been able to take advantage of have increased our efficiency while simultaneously lowering our operating costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside in our experience is file size limitations and time outs caused by using Workato to transfer files from one platform to another. Our industry deals with very large file sizes and we frequently need to move them from one place to another. Automating this process with Workato would be ideal but is currently not doable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problems that we have been able to solve working with Workato are those tasks involving high repetition and those tasks that require 100% compliance. We have automated accounting, scheduling, reporting and much more.

Workato is a very powerful tools for system integration. Ease of use, connectors to each source systems, and tons of custom configuration features to GET and POST the required data.
It plays a huge role in our automation projects and daily operational tasks. Reducing lots of manual work and significantly improved SLAs for system integration development and data inputs using automation.
