Quickly Solves Problems
What do you like best about the product?
Workato has quick time to value. The integrations and modern UI make it a tool you can use right out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a traditional developer, I feel constrained around workato’s recipes and workflows. It’s API based and doesn’t transfer large ETL well

What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features is Workato’s extensive library of pre-built connectors and recipes. It significantly reduces the time to value, allowing us to integrate systems like Marketo, NetSuite, Mysql, Redshift, Sharepoint, Iterable, Shopify, Slack, and more with minimal effort. The platform’s flexibility empowers teams to customize workflows that align perfectly with our business processes. Platform also allow you build custom connectors and use of community connectors. Workato’s ability to handle conditional logic, data transformations, and multi-step workflows makes it much more than a simple integration tool. Overall, Workato has helped us increase operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and accelerate digital transformation across departments. I highly recommend it to any organization looking to streamline workflows and maximize productivity through intelligent automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I don’t have any significant dislikes about Workato. The platform has consistently met our needs, and any minor issues we've encountered were promptly addressed by their support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato is solving the challenge of integrating and automating processes across multiple systems without heavy development effort. We use a wide range of applications — including Marketo, NetSuite, MySQL, Redshift, SharePoint, Iterable, Shopify, and Slack — and Workato allows us to connect them seamlessly. It has eliminated manual data transfers, reduced the risk of errors, and accelerated workflows across departments.

Low Code , we can build the Integrations fastely and can be reused. We can have a facility to create multiple environments for each customer with in the workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Manage and Updating the SDK is a bit difficult part.

Workato always focusing on improvementing the solutions.

The completeness of the platform, the number of connectors, and the copilot functionality.

The overall cost. While the cost can be justified other platforms appear more cost effective at first glance.

What do you like best about the product?
Workato is a very easy to undestand tool. But has a lot of functionality. Great customer services (some times it takes a bit long but it's acceptable). As a developer I find the custom connectors very handy, because you can connect other tools into your workflow to make it a real orchestrator
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the customer services takes a bit long. And a few features are not looked after which means that documentation is not up to date and or doesn't work a it first seemed.

Workato consolidates and automates data workflows across multiple apps—such as CRMs, accounting software, and marketing platforms—so you don’t have to manage complex, manual integrations. By acting as a “bridge” between systems, it reduces repetitive data entry and time-consuming administrative tasks, freeing teams to focus on higher-impact work. The result is fewer errors, faster processes, and a more unified view of critical business information, making day-to-day operations smoother and more efficient.

Workato iPaaS tool is simple to use, anyone can start creating integration recipe in matter of minutes. One can really create a robust integration easily compared to other tools out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far seen none. But I am just a beginner. May be one thing is the number of task quotas can be increased for organisations which has high volume of data exchanged between systems

Workato is easy to implement compared to our existing tools. Easy to upskill the team. Can build reusable components and it is super fast. These were missing in our existing tools.

It won't be fit for your larger data sets or bulk data

The best thing is that the app is always renewing itself, reusability is one of the best feature, conferrable UI and low-code implementation for complicated processes.
Using Workato support has been a big comfort - the staff is supportive and polite.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when new features arrive on an existing connection, it interrupts or fails old integrations and requires their update without notice. (happened to me in query steps mostly)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato has made the transfer between one app to another quite easy, no matter how mush configuration is needed before posting the data in the endpoint.
