What do you like best about the product?
Here are few best things about Workato.
The drag and drop configurations and design make the product very easy to configure and use. A complex integration which reqries 100s of lines of code can be achieved in few hors using workato tool.
Also workato's continuous innovation with the AI era makes the product more valuable.
All automation workflows run smoothly and consistently.
Workato team provide outsatnding support for any issues. They are responsive and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont see any downside. May be sometimes its slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato is helped to intigrate diffrent platforms easily and we are able to sync platform on real time and on demand. It was always been a challange to write 1000s of lines of code and cost to establish an integation.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to onboard new developers. Automation academy has helped a lot in that process
What do you dislike about the product?
Most example recipes use Salesforce as a sample connector. It would be nice to have other connectors like Fusion, NetSuite to showcase options in recipes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
been able to migrate from MuleSoft to Workato in most of our use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
Workato is a powerful enterprise iPaaS platform. It's designed to be user-friendly for non-technical individuals, allowing them to create visual workflows and robust automations. At the same time, it provides technical users with the flexibility to go beyond the visual editor. The platform also offers the ability to monitor and automate workflows with "RecipeOPS", essentially automating the automations. Their chat support is outstanding and almost real-time. Product releases are frequent and always significant. Moreover, there's a great company culture, which is a reflection of its top leadership!
What do you dislike about the product?
While no product is perfect, Workato comes pretty close for my needs. Occasionally I come across an app connector that doesn't have all of the options I would like, or there's no native connector available for certain apps. However, it's to be expected, given the rapid pace at which apps are launched these days. HTTP connector is a workaround in most cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Over the years, Trimble has made many acquisitions, leading to a collection of disparate systems that left data isolated in silos. We are utilizing Workato to connect a wide array of MarTech applications, CRMs, project management tools, accounting software, learning platforms, and more. Like many similar organizations, we are in the midst of a digital transformation process, and Workato has become an essential tool on which we rely to make this transformation happen. We have launched dozens of successful integrations, and so far, we have not encountered an integration request that we cannot fulfill with Workato.

What do you like best about the product?

Eaze of development with a low-code solution.
Great customer support with a chat option available for the development community.
Available free training for new developers to quickly start development as quick adoption in organizations.
Integration Governance module within PAAS to enable different groups within organizations for integration development purposes.
Integration logging and auditing type of capability with in Recipe to understand the failures.
It meets with standards of bringing agility in organizations with low development time and quick releasing features using Workato.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rich Workflow type of capability lacking currently.
Not having support for commonly used programming languages like Java and Python natively to build custom transformations or monolithic code to call out to enable some high code type of capabilities to add it as part of the Recipe easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing IPAAS platform for Integration Development and Business Community to build integrations quickly.
No-Code Solution for Integration Development purposes.
Providing Agililty to build and deliver the solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
very handful UI. Easily can make recipes even if you start your experience with workato from the scratch.
Many connectors are available from the box with most popular platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe could be more info about errors during the recipe creation/testing. The next point - when I rung tests for my recipes with webhook start, it's not intuitive how to stop this recipe after test. sometimes I had multiple test recipes running simultaniously just because I didn't see that the previous recipe is still running
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automates data sync between different sources, clean up database according to our scenarios, sends notifications, alerts
