It is very easy and intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
the simplicity of assembling the integrations and being able to connect with everything. And if there is something it cannot connect with, the workato development team does it.
What do you dislike about the product?
the licensing driver. We want to adopt it more, but a time has come when we can no longer do so because the billing increases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The independence of the teams to create the flows of the integrations, and the projects are completed much earlier.

Great cloud automation tool too increase productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to integrate cloud workflow solutions with prebuilt connectors and templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
No RPA features or onprem data connectors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate repetitive administrative processes/tasks to achieve higher efficiency gains.
It’s good for what is promised. Easy way to handle automations from a variety of API and data source
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive UI. Very easy to jump into it. Good documentation and okayish support for customer questions. Integration of different API sources is few clicks away.
What do you dislike about the product?
No notification policiy setup possibility upon failure of automation run. This is below what is considered the norm in our industry. Additionally every now and then the automation would just hang and require a restart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's beneficial to have all automation sources to into one source, where they all get automated in accordance with expected requirements. It saved us a lot of time.
Easy going and purposeful
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to pick up, since it's a low code platform, you don't really need a lot of setup in order to get going. Their documentation is also top notch and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it's a low code platform, some of their setup is not feasible for all your needs. Complex flows need to either be a mix of Workato and custom code, or you don't use Workato for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ETLs are taking too much time to run and are hard to maintain, Workato comes in to solve both of those problems. Connections in Workato are a big win since it allowed us to have more sharing between cross-functionality teams.
Great tool and awesome support
What do you like best about the product?
The response time of my support questions was and continues to be very good. My technical issues always seemed to be important and i never had to wait long to receive help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure of Workato is not suited for young companies

Connecting different ERP systems to our system without having to develop each connector ourselves

What do you like best about the product?
It has immensely unlocked and expanded the functionality of our platform offering. Workato makes our customers happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing--would love the ability for more formulas and helpers within actions.

Our platform has integrations but clients may want to customize beyond what our integrations offer. Workato allows us to fully customize their integration experience.

Writing and executing recepies for complex business processes requires a learning maturity, takes time.

Best Automation App I’ve Used
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of integrations they have and ease of connection is a game changer. I very rarely have had an issue finding the necessary tool/action within Workato to get a process to run.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a non-Ruby user some of the more complex logic and functions need a bit of Ruby syntax. Better in-app documentation on or maybe a function builder would be helpful. It's a pretty minor issue though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to sync data from our operations apps (ex. Salesforce, Netsuite) into our data warehouse (Snowflake) and back very easily and perform pretty complex transformations without having to babysit things.

it is a super easy to use tool and we are able ti use this tool to automate and make our work environment compliance ready

nothing much to tell at the moment as I am still a new user
