A fantastic automation tool for any idea you can come up with.
What do you like best about the product?
Moveworks has transformed our approach to automation by centralizing one-off tasks and bringing a level of reliability to them. With minimal development expertise required, it's a valuable tool for automating processes. The support team has been outstanding, assisting with troubleshooting and encouraging exploration for new solutions. Thanks to Moveworks, our automation capabilities have greatly expanded.
What do you dislike about the product?
Errors sometimes lack sufficient context, but this is usually because the integrated software doesn't provide enough information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato has revolutionized our approach to automating onboarding and offboarding processes, and it's made it easier for us to transfer data between systems. Its failure reporting feature provides us with real-time insights, which enables us to quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise.
Fabulous automation and cybernation feature
What do you like best about the product?
The platform works fantastic when you need to work with larger-sized datasets. The documentation process has been so much easier with this software, which supports all file formats. The software is supported on every device and can be easily configured and integrated with almost software or platform in the market. Connectivity with that software is impressive, and the connectivity process is also fantastic. The software is accessible by everyone in your organization who has the authority to access it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some boundaries when you try to add information or details to the lookup table, as there are narrow columns featured in the lookup table.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Workato software helps all y colleagues and partners integrate all the information and clients and deals data with this software for accessible business deals. No feature of tool included in this can be used for replacing the name recipients from the workflow.
Perfect and powerful automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Most intuitive platform, which is available with the fly automation features. The thing that I like most about this platform is its an easy-to-work and easy-to-configure features. The tools and the features available in this can be beneficial for increasing the productivity and workflow of any business. Improved connection and connectivity with your customers with this software. Great for iPaaS and ETL tools available in this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
No regular and frequent updates of this software is available; no reminders are there about the UI and the OS of this platform via any communication application. The boundations or limitations are seen about the file or document size which you need to import. System lag is experienced when we try to import heavy documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of this software, we have increased our connectivity with our clients and other organizations. Managing all the actions and steps required for growing and scaling our organization. Scaling our business in the market and planning and discussing for the improvement of our business. Integrated it with the cloud platforms for storing data.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to implement without using developer resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application has limitations with dynamic connections. It also does not support RPA, forcing us to use another tool for that purpose.

The integration with many applications is excellent. Simple and precise steps to make automation is a key to this application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime complex integration is not very clear, and takes time to understand the flow. Google Integraion can be a bit better though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to use and helping in making lot of quick integration of our application. It is really useful in the daily operations where many application like Slack, Gmail, Jira, jenkins are involved. It really makes your life easy when it comes to automation.
Creating solutions, automations and integrations is easy and fast
What do you like best about the product?
The low code/no code environment allows me to easily create my automations and integrations. I usually build Proof Of Concepts, so I need to easily show that the combination of Workato and Epicor Prophet 21 is a great tool to extend the functionality of Prophet 21 and an easy way to integrate with other systems. When I can use Workato, I prefer to use this tool, because is easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Workato to have more connectors. The big names are there, but there are a TON of smaller solutions that my customers use that I would love them be there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extending the funcionality of Prophet 21 and building integration with other solutions.

Extensive library of ready-made connectors complimented by custom actions to allow for easy integration with pretty much anything
What do you dislike about the product?
Workato's pricing model based on a number of "recipes" is not great. It makes you look elsewhere if you need to automate a simple or infrequent task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows business stakeholders to solve their problems without involving the development team. It accelerates the development of specific tasks from days to hours.
Its an intuitive iPaaS and very user friendly with a great support team.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which we can develop integrations in Workato and how quickly you can train someone with little knowledge of iPaaS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the testing process can get a bit clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation, Automation, Automation and because it has opened up so many avenues of possibilities in terms of business process automation and integration, we are getting requests from other teams on how we can help them with Workato.
Great UI and Onboarding Experience
What do you like best about the product?
With its straightforward UI and relatively easy learning curve, Workato allowed us to get up and running with a new student orientation portal faster than we ever imagined.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a couple of more niche third party applications that I wish Workato had connectors for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to integrate our student population with Salesforce and get an online orientation up and running.
Recipes are easy to use for scalable projects
What do you like best about the product?
Easily accessible tutorials made independent learning a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can sometimes be a bit clunky, so it takes time to ramp back up to efficient use if it's been a while since you've visited your recipe.
