What do you like best about the product?
- almost cover all integration apps
- easy to use
- helpful support
- really helpful on our daily basis work (no need to code, just create the recipe, ta da, the integration already done)
What do you dislike about the product?
- quite hard to debug
- only has one error report although there's maybe several error while processing rows
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- post message to slack become easier with Workato
- create Nakama onboarding (create a user in Jira, google)
- update google attribute for our employees based on the data in the database

Connector builder can be improved, debugging might be complicated without the help of the support.

What do you like best about the product?
Goes beyond integration, enables you to build workflows with clicks and drag/drop
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation can be improved with more specific examples
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating and Updating Driver's automation between Salesforce and the financial systems and other internal systems.
This saves a lot of manual work, wasted time, and potential inconsistency of data.

Simple setup and maintenance

What do you like best about the product?
Workato is a simple-to-use tool that allows for straightforward creation and maintenance of our basic integrations without the need to build our own API integrations. Documentation is pretty good and although it still requires some technical wherewithal to get everything working, Workato prevents us from using precious development resources to build and maintain internal integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some complex situations, Workato will never replace a custom integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato has allowed us to closely integrate our CRM with our customer invoicing tool . While the integration has occasional hiccups, troubleshooting and identifying issues have been very straightforward.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Workato is not a perfect solution in that the requirements of your integration may exceed what is possible in Workato. While the tool itself is pretty robust, make sure you can do everything you need and will need to before getting started.

Very easy to use.
Good architecture.
Great error handling, dev and test are very easy.

Doesn't have a bot for google workspace.
Not as great for ETL/ELT processes

b2b integrations, moving large amounts of data from sources to destinations for analysis and reporting. Simple reporting needs (for SQL query based data dumps)

What do you like best about the product?
Workato is a good automation tool to learn if you want to get a kick start into your automation career; it is really very easy to understand and implement for small use cases. Its support is just fantastic. I would definitely recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging and error logging is very poor in workato, limiting its usage for all types of complex use cases for automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Normal automation daily routine tasks where we are integrating multiple applications at a time.

Support team is extremely responsive and helpful. They also host weekly office hours to help customers with any specific recipes.

The APIs are great and are an easy way to expose data simply
What do you dislike about the product?
Built in SQL connector doesn't enable full functionality of SQL (e.g. Create / Delete a table)

We are sharing data with our partners (APIs).
We can accumulate data from different sources in an easy way.

Read and refer to Workato documentation that is quite extensive and helpful

Very intuitive and powerful automation platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Workato is incredibly easy to use & powerful, with a pricing model that enables you to incrementally prove value before making a large purchasing decision. I'm not a software engineer (I'm predominantly a business stakeholder), but I'm able to easily integrate almost any application that has the required APIs. Workato's pre-built actions are very intuitive to use, but you can also use custom actions for any actions they dont currently support.

Workato's customer support is incredible, and has really enabled me to quickly extract a ton of value out of the platform without getting stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally I encounter bugs, which requires I use workarounds. For example, the Greenhouse actions dont support the concept of min & max values (for currency ranges), which meant that I need to use the HTTP connector and cannot use the pre-built actions for updating a Greenhouse Job. However, whenever I hit one of these bugs the Workato support team is incredibly responsive and helpful in suggesting alternative approaches for achieving my goal.
