Ease of dev testing
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of testing on development branches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty at initial set up, we had trouble which caused overages in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Entire development process is being solved with Pantheon. We are benefiting from being able to see the developer's branches before they are pushed to the environments.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the multi-dev environments provided by Pantheon. It has made testing and verifying new site features a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the admin of Pantheon gets bogged down, but other than that I don't have many complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have increased the performance of our site as well as the time it takes to implement features and perform maintenance.

WP git connected to their releases so that we did not have to manage

Not having a local server solution, it would be great to have VVV or Valet setup

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pre-processing of SASS and JS compiling server side so that this does not need to be committed to repo, it is how modern development is done.
A great managed solution for hosting Drupal sites.
What do you like best about the product?
Not worrying about managing the full stack...only my Drupal app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Terminus takes some getting used to, as does the way commits get deployed from environment to environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hosting for client sites....Pantheon provides 95% of the capability of Acquia...for less money.
Excellent platform for sandbox testing

The platform is easy to use, and the free plan has great features.

I can only have two testing environments at once

I use Pantheon to test out plugins and themes when writing reviews for my clients. It’s very helpful in enabling me to get a hands-on look.
Pantheon products and service is second to none.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the option to have up to 10 multi-dev environments when I am working on different aspects of the site. It makes sure I never break one component changing another.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the syncs stick and have to restart them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My biggest benefit is the uptime of my blog.

Sometimes it runs a little slow when accessing it using IE.

Streamlining managed services.
Finally, a solid WordPress host
What do you like best about the product?
Pantheon is extremely fast, which is great since that's something WordPress struggles with out of the box. They have a solid infrastructure, great developer tools, and helpful support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being locked into the development -> staging -> live work cycle is a little much for smaller projects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offloading our hosting and maintenance to a solid platform was a big goal for us. We had used a competitor in the past but found it slow, with limited tools, and less than knowledgable support. Those issues have been resolved with Pantheon.

Understand their workflow and make it work for you.
