Long-time agency partner
What do you like best about the product?
Fast servers, reliabel uptime, workflow tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the only thing that needs improvement is the traffic and page views metering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multidev environments allow testing new features without issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything: truly ubiquitous ability, power, accessibility, and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that my competition has full access to all of these components, capabilities, and resources; but, I guess that is the core of open-source.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scope and scale. With Pantheon, I am able to replace both SysAdmin and DevOps roles that would otherwise require staffing and an imperfect effort toward maintaining relevance.
Excellent Server Speeds! Lightning Fast
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly the best part about Pantheon for me are the server speeds! They are so fast that all my web content loads at lightning fast speeds. I am a graphic designer so I want to present my work in the highest quality possible with no load times. Pantheon makes this possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything. Everything works pretty good for what I need it for

High resolution images load instantly
Pantheon is my favorite hosting platform for client WordPress sites
What do you like best about the product?
The Pantheon dashboard is exceptionally user-friendly compared to other hosts. They have made backup creation, branch creation, merging of code, and migration of database and files as easy as I could see it ever being. The added value of Terminus and easy use of Lando for local development makes automating simple tasks or making batch edits to sites on a network a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main issues with Pantheon have been in migrating existing client sites from other hosts. The migration process itself is easy, but due to Pantheon's considerations and limitations of the network, many client sites come with plugins that assume write access or have other conflicts with the platform and either need work arounds or entirely new solutions. The innability to make changes to the server configuration is also a bit frustrating, but understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Based on the limitation of my role within my organization, I don't have much feedback in terms of Pantheon solving business problems.

Not having to maintain the server, Terminus, multi-dev, all of it.

An easier way to sync dev to local with data and files.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the workflow with Pantheon. The user interface is very straightforward and easy to use for both developers and clients. There is great user support documentation that helps and their customer service is great for answering questions timely. The multi-dev environments make it great to do continuous work on. The fact that the live environment is locked from direct changes is also nice for staying up to date with code where clients also maintain their site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pantheon can be an expensive platform to use, but it comes with many good security benefits for the price. It may not be the best option for smaller businesses or websites because of the hosting costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pantheon helps keep the workflow very clean and the developer environments are super helpful when creating new features.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pantheon is great for easy user management and provides tons of great features but can be a costly option for smaller tier clients.

Customer service is really helpful in both normal and emergency situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does blip in service every now and then and we're never really told what happened.

Pantheon helps us stay online in a more consistent manner.

Excellent for developers!
What do you like best about the product?
The support, documentation, and tools are all geared towards developers and technical users. Drupal hosting and maintenance is absolutely wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user roles and permissions are not as granular as I would like. You can't grant specific usage or permission for specific sites within your organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't ever think about server maintenance, CMS updates are as easy as a click of a button, and environment backup and restore is simple.
Highly professional with advanced tools
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the Pantheon platform is to use for more advanced deployments. The tools are incorporated in such a way that it just works and I don't have to worry as much about issues on my live site because I've been able to throughly develop and test code changes. Automatic backups and Git integration are also second to none. The support I've received has always been top notch as well with as much handholding as I've needed to correct any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is certainly higher than most other hosts but I feel like I get a fair deal for as many tools and services that come with the platform. I would like to see Pantheon offer agency pricing for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a one man show 99% of the time but occasionally I will bring a contractor on for a specific task. Pantheon allows me to give them specific access and to get them up to speed quickly. I can deploy quickly using the best backbone I can get.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for the best quality Pantheon is it. If you are looking for the cheapest price I would look elsewhere.
