able to call and get help immediately. simple WordPress launch

The ease of creating different environments with just one click and the feature of multiples addons.

The lack of integration with Drupal processes and automatic tests, and the lack of a most complete git ui

the integration of multiple developers in the same site, managing an environment for each feature, the added of use git for the code deployment.

Pantheon it's a great platform to support Drupal and Wordpress environments, I use Drupal mora than a year, and I very happy with the services. Great Job

I like that they have 24/7 service 365 days a year.

Not always easy to find my answers as quickly as I'd like.

Alternate hosting. I like the three tiered system.

Support and service. The dashboard is easy to use

Price, is too expensive. Blue Host charges per year what pantheon charges per month. But, you do get what you pay for

Performance, security, dev tools, but most of all support. Support has been responsive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Python environment would be great. I would switch all of our assets here if that were possible

The DEV / TEST/ Production workflow makes deploying and testing easy.
Having Multi-dev environments so multiple developers can work on a busy project is invaluable.

AutoPilot makes routing maintenance less of a burden. It allows us to bring in non-technical people to do the visual regression checks.

What do you dislike about the product?
amount of memory per container especially on image intensive sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CMS hosting that is reliable. This has helped us spend more time developing than managing hosting platforms.
A good all time around host
What do you like best about the product?
Speed of the host is really quick, one of the best feature is it supports staging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard could be more user friendly with tooltips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefit of using test environment. Live site doesn't get affected.

What do you like best about the product?
My job tasks require me to be versed in multiple technologies. Pantheon provides amazing webinars and I love receiving email notifications of upcoming sessions. At times I realize that a webinar will cover information that isn't even on my radar yet, but really should be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Pantheon had a subscription level for non-profit businesses. There are limited funds for me to draw from, and it would be nice to have a lower price subscription (or even free...hint...hint) to take to my supervisor for approval.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While I am a front-end-developer/social-media-team-member/designer I have a great thirst for all info web development related. Pantheon introduces me to topics and training in areas I currently need, and areas I can see I will need in the future.

There is nothing really. It works as expected.

It's working great for our Drupal content management platform solution for our enterprise.

Overall a great hosting experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reliability and dependability of Pantheon. We've been on the platform for several years with changes in developers, adding sites, etc. as well as a few emergency-level issues. Pantheon is generally extremely helpful in all areas and provides timely, clear support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was one time when we had a site issue that took a while to solve and the issue got bounced around a bit on the Pantheon side to different reps, making the solution of the issue a bit more difficult. But once the issue was solved, everything went back to normal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business is totally online and we rely on a hosting platform that can handle a lot of traffic, sometimes with 2x-5x our normal traffic in the form of spikes. Pantheon has been great with everything.
