What do you like best about the product?
Easy set up, love the dashboard. It is easy to set up users, voicemail and I really like the ease of the block feature for robocalls. The text feature is great as well as the Team SMS feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I don't like yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Team SMS is great. We don't have to use another program or outside software. We can also easily text our clients from the dashboard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is one of the best decisions I've made. Quality of calls, texting and the additional features is amazing. I would highly recommend changing from your current provider to Vonage. Support is a quick call with friendly staff. You will not be disappointed. If you have a team and you need to connect to them easily the team sms is a great feature. You can easily add and remove extensions and change numbers. The cost for service is affordable too. VOnage is a great choice for a small team or large team. Easily set up the Administrator and the process is so simple. I also really love the ability to text or call customers. You can use your phone system anywhere which has been amamzing since we're working from home due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Definately wouldn't be able to do this with standard service.

What do you like best about the product?
Clear lines, easy set up, super user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the rare occasion a call will get dropped or there will be a significant delay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to sell memberships for a fitness studio that didn’t even have walls using Vonage while still using my personal device!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the computer app. I prefer it because I can still work and view my screen handle free...with or without an earpiece.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't allow me to make an outgoing call and I have to reboot. Sucks when you're two minutes before a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None. Recently, I guess there's a lot of backup because of Covid, but I haven't had any issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would depend on their needs, but I'd definitely recommend the company.

While we are away from our office, working at home, we love the way we can forward our Vonage office phone to our broker(s).

What do you like best about the product?
Messaging would be my favorite, fax is also a great feature,easy to communicate with the team. call forwarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loads super slow to load , sometimes we have to exit and log in again. Disconnects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between employees is great and voice mail so that we don't have to take every single call.

What do you like best about the product?
At this point the value and service as been good. We like the Ease of Use of the products and services. It does not seem difficult to reach anyone when needed, which is a big advantage for a smaller office. I also like the fact we have control over all of the use via our portal, this allows for very easy and quick changes to our system if needed. During COVID-19 we have been able to transition to the remote offices while still having easy access to our system. That has been a huge advantage for a small business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps more training would be good and helpful. Perhaps we did not take advantage of the training, but at the time it did not seem as though there was as much training offered. That does appear to be different now, so I many need to go look and see what is currently being offered for training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely has been improved by using Vonage. We have also been able to expand our usage much more easily and have access when traveling. It does not seem difficult to reach anyone when needed, which is a big advantage for a smaller office. I also like the fact we have control over all of the use via our portal, this allows for very easy and quick changes to our system if needed. During COVID-19 we have been able to transition to the remote offices while still having easy access to our system. That has been a huge advantage for a small business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to take advantage of any and all training and use the services to the maximum capability. There are numerous features Vonage has to offer that come included with the plan. If you do not take take advantage of training etc many of these services will go unused. For example, just doing this survey I have realized there are still services I have yet to take advantage of related to this product. I look forward to using the platform even more now. I would also consider the use of out an outside firm to assist in training to make sure all of the features get properly used. There may in fact be features that would allow a business to save even more money!

Best small business VOIP solution I’ve found.

What do you like best about the product?
We moved from a competitor 6 years again and haven’t looked back.

Vonage was the rare combination of a solution that was simple to switch too but advanced enough to handle the needs of our business.

The tech support is great. Recently I purchased a new phone online that wasn’t originally spec’d for Vonage. Their tech support spent a half hour walking me through the manual provisioning process and trouble shooting the phone. At the end of the call, the new phone worked like it was originally sent with our service.

The new teleconference system is extremely easy to use As well. It has quick scheduling from within the Vonage app.

And it doesn’t tax system resources. Using the previous solution, you had to download an separate app and launch. Now it’s a simple link share that doesn’t require a separate application install.

Call quality is top notch. It has very low latency and is great for small to mid sized (3-6 people) calls.

The new system is a definite improvement over the previous implementations.

From porting our existing phone numbers to setting up our system, Vonage has been great to deal with from day one. I highly recommend them for any small business looking for a through phone solution for local or remote team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Easy setup and install. I do wish there were a few more handset options available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to connect with remote team members and clients. Portability of phones- either by taking handsets of via the app- is great.

Don’t hesitate. Make the switch.

What do you like best about the product?
The reps always are able to find a solution to my problem but sometimes there is a lot of technical back and forth and I have spent significant amount of time on the phone when these issues arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you don't have someone who comes on site when I need them to do so and I am forced to spend a significant chunk of my time on the phone with someone to fix technical issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business Development calls is what we use our landlines for

I am not sure. Maybe calling in and using customer service a lot like I have for technical issues
