I heard few weeks back about scylladb, it's very interesting to learn and implement.
What do you like best about the product?
The scylladb universe was very usefull and the documentation was good and clear, am to understand quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not an dislike, if we have more picture representation of the content, will be very usefull to grab or remember the concepts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tried few DataBase options for distributed systems, that are NoSQL type. so DB systems are DynamoDB ,Cassandra , Mongo.
ScyllaDB provides an advanced I/O scheduler to manage concurrency, balancing overall throughput with lowest latencies while accessing persistent storage.
It is really good and also open source and it was a good experiences.

The raw scalability that the solution offersnis out if the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
The community has less support as compared to traditional solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to query trillions of data event points that we generate as a part of internal solution. Without any lag or latency.
High performant and NoSQL !!!
What do you like best about the product?
Performance, high through put and low latency. Very easy to use. Easy to swap out couple of other DB.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Keep doing thte great work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High throughput and low latency
Scylladb everywhere
What do you like best about the product?
It's similar to MongoDB but have more features like accessing data fastly through query, etc. Doing more research to find the fetures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not found any yet. But if I see any then will notify you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can store huge amount of data and can be accessed fastly and it's easy to create pipelines into it.
not stable yet but very encouraging
What do you like best about the product?
fast. really fast and precision accurate
immediate support response
fast track to migrate from other DB
very robust

very robust
What do you dislike about the product?
long resharding without any estimates
some features are still missed
some features are still missed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
optimize costs without full application reinvention
An innovative and interesting db
What do you like best about the product?
Massive applications distributed systems
What do you dislike about the product?
Old school transactions like SQL have some tricks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time analysis to customers, using alternative db instead of transactional
Very Strong DB for large applications, but comes with some challenge
What do you like best about the product?
I like the pure strength, advanced functionality and the "reimagined" way that this system was built.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't immediately obvious how to get started or how to build the things you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it as our Primary DB to store form information which come in massive JSON objects.
I migrate from Cassandra to Scylla and increase performance of data uploading and fetching
What do you like best about the product?
ScyllaDB can process really huge amount of queries (write and read at the same time)
What do you dislike about the product?
It wasn't the ease way to migrate from Cassandra to Scylla as was announced
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily uploading huge amount of data in acceptable time. Processing 100k read requests per second with acceptable latency (less than 100 ms)
Exceptional Performance Boost with ScyllaDB!
What do you like best about the product?
The best aspect of ScyllaDB lies in its unparalleled performance. It handles massive datasets seamlessly, ensuring swift and reliable data access. The scalability is a game-changer for growing projects, providing a robust foundation for evolving requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
While ScyllaDB excels in performance, the learning curve can be steep for newcomers. Improved documentation or beginner-friendly resources could enhance the onboarding experience. This was the problem I've personally faced while moving mongodb to scylladb. I've just recently came across to these scylladb live masterclasses, so I think they are working on this problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ScyllaDB has been a game-changer by addressing critical issues in project building. Its robust performance and scalability effectively handle the challenges of working with large datasets, ensuring my project operates seamlessly even as it grows. As a fresher, navigating complex database structures used to be a stumbling block, but ScyllaDB's user-friendly approach has significantly eased the learning curve. Additionally, its efficient data access and retrieval mechanisms have streamlined development, saving time and resources. In essence, ScyllaDB's solutions have transformed potential roadblocks into opportunities for smoother project development.
Good tutorials to learn the database
What do you like best about the product?
the database is a nosql db. you do not need to learn comploicated sql. only need to use it like normal function call. the db itself is fast and stable
What do you dislike about the product?
the data returns can be inconsistent sometime
you need to be careful regarding your use case
