Excellent storage and collaboration software
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is an excellent platform for file storage and collaboration on any device. It offers a decent amount of storage space for personal and business uses, where you can easily upload, download, transfer, and store files. The files you store on Dropbox are only visible to you unless you change the permissions manually. You can make your file accessible to others by inviting them to view and download it or by sharing its URL, which is unique for each file. You can also grant permissions to others to edit and delete files, but only within specific folders. You can accomplish this by creating folders and marking them as private, after which you'll have to invite them to give them permissions. You can allow others to edit and make changes to files on the cloud directly and allow simultaneous editing, which is an excellent way to promote collaboration without saving the file on the local machine.

What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox on the web browser sometimes doesn't load completely. When this happens, instead of uploading the file when you drag and drop, it just opens the file on your web browser. This issue occurs frequently, and you often have to refresh the browser for the page to load fully to go on with your task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is an excellent way for my colleagues and me to share files quickly. It supports large file transfers at the fastest rate of upload, which is very efficient in sharing application files and data. We store all our essential files on the cloud so that they're easier to recover in case of any issues with our systems. We've moved on from using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for documents and sheets editing as they have no online collaboration features, where Dropbox excels. We can conveniently use sheets and docs on Dropbox to edit and work on them simultaneously as a group for more efficiency and speed. Dropbox also provides various management tools that come in handy when planning out projects and roadmaps. Like Trello, we can use the board to set reminders and sort our tasks as per our priorities to have a streamlined workflow. The shared folders on Dropbox make it convenient to work and upload files without the intervention or waiting on another user. Shared folders being accessible by everyone allow us to send and receive files quickly on any device, especially on mobile. Even when we don't have access to a computer, we can download files from the Dropbox mobile app and attach them in emails for business reports. The benefit of Dropbox is easily its storage. Still, its other features to make online work convenient are more beneficial and offer higher productivity levels for teams of all sizes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dropbox is free to use, so I recommend giving it a try. It's more user-friendly than Google Drive and offers plenty of tools to work with that you'll find handy if you're working from home due to covid.
Best solution for cloud storage management
What do you like best about the product?
All the features and functionalities are excellent for dropbox. I am a very old user of it, and I cannot think about passing a single day without dropbox. It's the most secured, easily manageable & friendly solution for storing necessary files. Especially synchronizing with the device helps me most. I am using it on my desktop, my laptop as well in my mobile. I can access all the files of my all devices on any single device just by simply logging in. The user interface of the mobile application is also excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I want to be honest, there is nothing to dislike about the dropbox pro solution. As I am an old user, I have explored every single bit of it, and I can ensure that there is no point in marking it as a disappointment. It's great overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I usually do not move everywhere with my laptop. But I need to carry so many necessary files for my work. My client sometimes asks for any critical file at a very odd time. Maybe that time I went shopping or playing. Wherever I am, I can simply send him files just using my phone.

The ability it has to store information, along with the ease provided by the software management. Ensuring that its use is feasible and quick.

Like any software at the beginning, it presents a little difficulty, but according to the handling of said software, it becomes more understandable and manageable. Its colors are a bit sad and dull.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits include the ability to store a large amount of information and heavy documents, which cannot be achieved in other applications or software, in addition to storing important information in a cloud to be downloaded when needed.

It is an ideal software for school, college, university studies, work, research, among others. Additionally, it facilitates use anywhere and the availability to store large documents.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Dropbox it's the speed of uploads. Compared to other cloud storage services, it works pretty fast with big files and is shareable. I also think that the google drive and zoom integration comes in handy when you need to share your files across platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan that all users can use lacks storage, that's is only 2gb. If you're trying it out for smaller files, it's perfect, but when having to back up huge data, you'll have to invest into a paid plan which is pricey.

It helps with accessing your files from any device you have. It is also a safe way to ensure your files and data are stored and backed up so you won't lose or delete them accidentally. Sharing and collaboration is another great integration that can be quite helpful when working in teams

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made working remotely easy for all the employees of our company by allowing us to share large documents and files instantly via cloud sharing. Also, any team member who is allowed to access them can conveniently read, download, and make changes to the files.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is being able to store more than 5GB for free, and if that's not enough, adapting is possible, no more need for a USB key or hard drive.

what I like less is the price even if it remains average, it should make an effort on the price especially since many people have been using it for several years

Ends the problems of phone or device overloaded with data and no more need for USB key or other external device that is either too bulky to move or too fragile.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Dropbox is that you can choose different storage plans on a disk in the cloud, plus you can separate them into folders with a name to archive your files safely
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have no complaints about dropbox; it seems like an excellent cloud service to me! Maybe if I couldn't like something, it's just that in the free account, they gave 5GB of storage space in the cloud, but I don't have a problem with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used Dropbox to store PDF documents and before to back up some of my web pages. The main benefit is the speed of its simple interface in the desktop application and on the cell phone or in the browser.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has feature plugins to open and edit any kind of document directly in it's interface. This includes docs, pdfs, slides, etc. Moreover, these plugins work collaboratively, so you can share and edit files with your team mates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox load time of documents in certain situations is slower than Google docs and Google slides. Additionally the interface is not as user friendly in terms of thumbnails and alignments and Google drive, but still better than dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We collaborate on our research documents using Dropbox. The file sharing and collaborative edits, have made it really easy for us to drive insights from our shared documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it a lot, it is very easy to use, very intuitive, user-friendly, and simple. It has an application for the smartphone that allows me to access my documents no matter where I am, there is also software for PC and you can also access it from a web page. I like the fact that I only need to drag and drop my documents into the application or software and they are already stored. The free version is good when working with documents that are not very large. It is easy to share files, even with an SMS it can be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don't see any drawbacks, I am very happy with this software.

I use it to store and share information securely with my work colleagues and clients. No matter from which device I do it, it is done quickly and easily, so I am more productive.

best app for data
What do you like best about the product?
Use the free space to start, and then for when you need more space, they are economical plans. Within those plans, use the one that suits me best. Because I use it progressively and if you use it personally it is more than enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like it when there are very large files and they take time to load! That's why I try to send files a little less heavy. But yes, it is very practical to save important files that I cannot have on my PC

The main benefit is that I can have all the space in the cloud, my files well saved and also have them in order to be able to search for them quickly. I can also share with a link so that other friends can download quickly and without complications.
