Secure Your Business Data And Instant Share With Client
What do you like best about the product?
We used dropbox for our all company computer system. It is too secure to save business data and access anywhere when required to use. In our business we have to show our business proposal for a different work plan so at that time the client demands a custom proposal. We sent it from dropbox because at dropbox we have stored lots of business proposals and other important documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can easily access dropbox from Zoom, Google workspace and more tools. It is trusted software and we did not get any issue with the dropbox tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In dropbox there is no need to upload data from your computer to the server. It syncs all data automatically from working time and gives alerts about the number of files stored in the database. We updated our daily tasks on the dropbox platform then seniors and clients checked regular work updates. In dropbox, It is very easy to share documents with full security. Dropbox gives a free account with the limit of 2 Gb but for business it is not enough. We need to buy backup packages to secure our business data.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the product. I like that I can easily access Dropbox from any device and that it integrates easily with other applications and/or websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes it is difficult to share with someone that is not a Dropbox user but that does seem to have improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox provides an easy way for me to store personal as well as work-related files in one place. The amount of storage has been more than adequate for my needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this product for a person or organization that has a large number of files that they need to reliable store and easily access. Dropbox has a new service called Dropbox Family that could also be an economical way for family members to manage electronic files.
File sharing and cloud storage
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to sync folders on my work computer to Dropbox and then access them on my phone, tablet, home computer, etc. That is my main reason for using a service like Drop Box.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a little prohibitive compared to other services. I do use another service in conjunction with Drop Box and they can communicate, but I tend to use the sharing feature more with Google Drive instead of DropBox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work from multiple locations and have many people on my team so sharing documents and saving them in the cloud to access from other locations is a necessity. This works much better than emailing files back and forth.

I highly recommend getting a demo before so you can see the capabilities.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dropbox is a simple and reliable service for cloud-storage, and it has shared-option ie. the user can choose who can view/edit the selected file.
The most easy way to save your file
What do you like best about the product?
The fact is that with small manipulation and knowledge you simply save your file and document. And even the free version is enough for me and personal works, i enjoy it.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me I think that, when we allow automatically save documents, they can send something like a notification before starting loading it into the server, like a popup message
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of availability first, and security. In case of computer issues or emergencies needed, I can easily open my dropbox application and print or share my folder.

Offline capabilities and functionality are great and setup is very quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Collaborative work is not intuitive or easy to get up and running. Pricing is on the more expensive side compared to comparable alternatives

Quick and easy access to everything, from anywhere on any device - essential for our work and quick and easy to set up with Dropbox.
Cloud storage platform for individuals and businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Large files/data can be stored and shared with recipients anywhere in the world. The platform does not only deals with documents but video files, images etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features of Dropbox business or personal remains useful and relevant to today's market. I have not seen the downside of this product as yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large files that cannot be attached on emails can now be sent via dropbox which is safe as the sender have an option to minimise access to the document, manage the document if he wishes for recipients to share or edit.
I take my Dropbox everywhere.
What do you like best about the product?
The multiple layers of protection which Dropbox provides my files is something I find very sacrosanct as far as my relationship with Dropbox is concerned. Another critical aspect of my overall Dropbox experience, is how I am able to bring my Dropbox file storage experience into third party software products I use.
An instance of the above includes how I am able to pick documents or general files from my Dropbox during Zoom meetings , without leaving the Zoom user interface.

What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox provides me access to Dropbox Paper , for use as a writing tool alongside my Dropbox use. However, Dropbox Paper is limited in terms of its formatting options and capabilities. Thus , it is an annotation tool at best and offers nothing close to what Google docs or Microsoft word provides in the area of documentation and document styling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Of course, the critical problem being solved is related to the security of our collaboration activity and day to day team files. Dropbox provides me with a convenient sharing experience, that allows me to send files through web-link to anybody ; Dropbox users and non-Dropbox users alike.

Woth many people having restrictions over size limit to transfer files. Dropbox makes it easier to store and share the files.. It's very convenient for usage..
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now there is no such feedback on not liking the software. Dropbox helps in in better data management rather than struggling with transfer and storage issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data storage and transfer without limit are the main issues which are being taken care off by use of the drop box. It's makes it very convenient without any hassle.
