Information Storage with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Dropbox is that it supports cloud storage and sharing. You can use it to store files on the cloud from any device and sync them so that your files are available at all times. From the settings, you can select folders from your computer to automatically sync with Dropbox. Dropbox will make periodic backups of those folders on the cloud, so you can retain them with ease if they somehow get lost. Normally the files on the cloud can only be accessed from the web browser, but you can make them viewable offline on your local hard drive from the Preferences. Any folders or files you add to Dropbox from a different device will automatically be synced with the app on your desktop, allowing you to view and open the files offline as well.

There are no downsides to using Dropbox. One minor gripe would be the low storage space, but it's fantastic regardless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps my team and me to work remotely and automatically sync our offline files to the cloud for swift means of sharing when we're collaborating on projects. I have my Dropbox app synced with my account, so any file changes that I make to the Dropbox folder get automatically reflected on the cloud storage. We have shared folders that we use to work on project files and assignments regularly, and we make our files accessible to all the members through these shared folders. Shared folders eliminate the need to share files manually using URLs, which can be slow and time-consuming. The automatic syncing also prevents the need to upload the files manually to update them on the cloud to implement changes. Although this is excellent for offline work that we do individually, for collaborating, Dropbox Paper is the best platform. We can integrate any file from Google Docs, Sheets, MS Word, OpenOffice, etc., to edit simultaneously with others for swifter completion of the tasks assigned.

My advice for those looking at Dropbox would be to give it a try since it's free. You get 2GB of space for storing and sharing files, which can be insufficient for anything besides documents and sheets. But in a professional working scenario, it's pretty ideal because of the collaboration features you can use.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have all my university work always stored in the cloud in case a computer breaks down and being able to share that work with more classmates, as well as working together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The payment limit although if you share your link you can end up having many GB of free space so if you get others to install it through your affiliate link you can have a lot of space without paying anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly being able to have my documents, files, images, etc., safe from any kind of problem on your computer or laptop. It benefits me that I will always have my documents there even as the years go by.

What I like the most is that courses can be created where students can submit assignments, and it is also a great service for cloud storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is how long it takes to share very large files, it takes too long and sometimes the process crashes and the information is lost, otherwise everything seems great to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud storage, creation of platforms like courses, and easy distribution of information, easy to use, and download, available on all operating systems.

Dropbox Buisness has been a cloud paltform which allows us to upload data & stored in a secured manner. Once uploaded data can be accesed from anywhere. Uploading data at one location give easy access to whole team.

Dropbox team can reduce their subscription cost inorder to make it more competitive They can give more data storage in their account. They can make their UI more inetractive,

Dropbox has helped us to achieve unified storage for our organization. It can easily recover our deleted files with the previous version. It gives access to admin with control over organization data. We can share file with limited access & password protection

I really love the ease and speed of downloads when I finish editing and modifying my files. I also like to see how many images remain and the minutes of the download process

I really can't find any limits for dropbox pro. Our experience is great with dropbox. I find it reliable and complete since since we have been using it we have been delighted.

Dropbox Professional, allows us to exchange files as a team and work there easily, transfer and store all our professional files together, as a Team Administrator I no longer need to carry my devices and no matter where I am I have access to all files. There is no limit to the number of devices that can be linked to my account.

In the event you lose access to these files on your computer, you can easily retrieve them from Dropbox at any time. Files that you sync or upload to Dropbox manually are available on any device after you log into your account. You can log into Dropbox on your phone to not only access the synced files but also transfer files from your phone to your PC and vice versa. File transfer through Dropbox isn't limited to your accounts but is also available among other users. You can drag and drop any file to upload to your storage and then create a sharing URL that you can send to other people for them to receive your file. For sending files that surpass the storage available, you can use file requests to skip the process of uploading them to your storage. Easy file syncs allow quick file transfers among users. This is integral for my colleagues and me during our work and project collaborations. Although we have our work files saved on our computer for quick access when doing our daily work, Dropbox's automation makes routine backups of the file to our cloud storage automatically on our behalf, making file sharing easier because it skips the need to upload the file manually. We use shared folders as a base for backups and sharing, which all invited users can access, thereby eliminating the need to create a link when sharing files among our team. Dropbox's reliability is excellent as our files are available at need on phones and other devices it supports. As long as we have access to a web browser, Dropbox and our cloud storage are accessible anywhere. This has been of great help when we receive PDFs and documents through WhatsApp from clients on our phones, which we can easily upload to Dropbox to share with the rest of our team.

What do you like best about the product?
Storage Upgrades are cheap and easy to collab with business partners. Links do not come back as spam, and it also helps with Resource Packs on Minecraft Servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to upload folders instead of having a .zip file. It's a lot easier to drag and drop instead of .zip of a folder. A lot of programs do not have that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I own a Minecraft Server, and use Dropbox to host our resource pack. It solves my problem bc it's a simple way to connect the URL to the server in order to get the resource pack to load and unload.

I would recommend upgrading your storage if you plan on doing a lot of business and uploading a lot of files.

What do you like best about the product?
First, I like the idea of sharing every project I do with my clients, and this option is very easy to use. Also, I like that all my files are organized and automatically synced with each client. When I am working in a team it is easy for me to manage all the projects because each co-worker can edit or modify the project we are developing, and the security of each file is high. On the other hand, the free version is very good but I prefer to have more space, the capacity of Dropbox is very good. And finally, this software has many tools that make it easier to manage it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like this software but I think that the free version should have more space, in addition, there are several things that I have to be done manually, such as the position of the files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I've been using Dropbox my files are more organized and easier to distinguish. Teamwork in the company has improved thanks to this software because we can participate in the same project more easily. Also, I feel safer having my projects there and sharing them with other workers. I recommend it to all those people who work in a team, work with heavy files or who need to organize themselves daily.

I don't need to worry about data that is already stored in online storage services in dropbox. This service has a special program for its users that is able to maintain the security of data and all files stored there and always maintain security when accessing.
