A good application to use for uploading handy information or details
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about Dropbox is we can easily login and upload our data and files

The interaction with other apps so i could easily manage documents from several formats ant applications to save scanned documents, photos, videos or notes to myself

its nos common use so if I want to share with nonusers need to explain why its easier to use if they had the app installed or just to navigate on the folders I want them to see

The need for extra storage if my google1 is already full and needs a little extra space or for short time-saving documents, also to share my account without trust problems for what can I have on my google account
Could have better options for the users. Overall I am not very impressed with this software

There is nothing much I like about dropbox. The selective sync is one good option where we can store only certain files that are very important rather than storing every single one into it.

I do not use dropbox that often, as I do not find it very much helpful. As there are many such software with better options in the market. There could be more storage option for free users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Though I am not a regular user. I did store some files from my system all at once. as this is a cloud management system, my files are safe here and I can recover the data anytime anywhere

The basic storage it offers is less. They should have atleast offered a little more default storage.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has much better user interface as compare to other storage systems. It has folder system and no other extra buttons and interfaces which confuse the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox has deficient to metadata search functionality, it doesnot provides users to findout latest search technologies. It also has top level security issues. You are not allowed to secure your dropbox files properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can easily upload yourfiles or documents with Dropbox storage and gives easy access to your business people or colleagues. You can also use your files remotely at anytime and anywhere.
The best value for cloud-based team storage
What do you like best about the product?
The capacity and file management tools. I have a team of a dozen and having shared folders, sync capabilities, review tools, etc is great. I haven't used any other cloud file services, but I feel no need to when Dropbox does everything we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical issues from time to time. Mostly around the desktop app and syncing correctly. We have 50 TB of stuff so things are bound to happen. Customer Service is absolutely top notch though!

Remote work and getting files organized and shared to the people that need access in a timely manner. We are more efficient and organized now that everyone operates under the same file management structure.

What do you like best about the product?
It has good speed. It also provides best-integrated services with other drive and cloud service providers. One of the good features of this software is that it updates the already uploaded file rather than uploading another file thus helping in using better storage space.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has poor privacy and security policy. In its terms and condition, the company has mentioned that they can access data and may share it with a third party if required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Despite the fact of its poor security and privacy policy, it has been providing excellent storage services and helping me keep backup of my important files and mobile data.

I like dropbox because it is a cloud-based platform that helps me to store my files online and access them from anywhere. It is also very convenient because I can share files with other people easily and quickly. dropbox is also very secure and I have never had any problems with it. Overall, dropbox is a great platform that I would recommend to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I don't like about Dropbox. First, it's a bit of a pain to set up. You have to create an account and then download and install the software. Once you've done that, you have to create a particular folder on your computer where you store your Dropbox files. That folder is then synchronized with the Dropbox servers so that any changes you make to your files are reflected on the server (and vice versa). This can be a little confusing and time-consuming, especially if you're unfamiliar with synchronizing folders.
Second, there's no easy way to share files with people who don't have Dropbox accounts. You can invite them to sign up for an account, but that's usually not practical. And even if they have an account, they'll only be able to access the files you've shared explicitly with them - they won't be able to see anything else in your Dropbox folder. This can be frustrating if you're trying to collaborate on a project with someone who doesn't use Dropbox.

My personal opinion with Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
