Best Business Management Tool for well organised and efficient work
What do you like best about the product?
Well-organised storage and data sharing with my team were the best ones I used regularly. Working from anywhere made it possible to remain connected with the team when we were not in position to attend the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
My Experience with dropbox was always the best; I did not face any challenges or errors while using it. And this is another reason to like Dropbox more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually, we used to work with several organisations and manage various data over different storage sites. But it was tough for us to collect all the data; we used to face the challenges of remembering the files and folders and their passwords. But Dropbox gave us a fantastic seamless experience.
Best Application to store data in organized way on cloud
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of this cloud based application is that we can easily store our data on cloud that can be accessed easily with our colleagues or family or friends in the easiest manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this application but have one insecurity that our data can be misused. The only thing can be better is more security and privacy of our important data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is solving one of the biggest problem of today's world is that we can store, use, edit and many more functions with our data by sitting in any corner of the world by its user friendly interface very easily.
Don't buy dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing. It stopped sharing and there's nobody available to tell me why. It isn't storage, I need to store 2 gigs and I bought 2 Terabytes. Just refuses to work

It doesn't work, and customer support is nonexistent. Not even available for a price.

Worked good at first, then it stopped.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is simple to use, in contrast to certain cloud storage programmes. The Dropbox online application is easy to use and intuitive, and installing the application makes things even simpler since Dropbox will simply show up as another folder on your computer. Check out Dropbox if you want a file-sharing or backup solution that won't be difficult to use. You'll be delighted with the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox is utilised to store data and provides excellent features at a very low cost. The security is of a higher level. Our files are all secure and protected because it includes a two factor authentication mechanism. It requires internet connectivity in order to function; it does not work offline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it comes to sharing files with others, whether it's professional stuff with coworkers or family vacation photos, Dropbox is by far one of the simplest options. I'll even go so far as to claim that Dropbox has completely changed how we work and play online.
Simple and convenient to store and share the files
What do you like best about the product?
I have used dropbox and it's made the easiest and most convenient way to share and store files over the cloud. the best part I like is syncing across all the devices and file versioning and recovering the files.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was limited access to storage and restrictions on uploading bigger file sizes. Premium plans are very costly compared to other software like Google Drive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox organised the files in a better way and sharing the files has been great.
The Perfect Box!
What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing is backup - The machine can crash anytime as a platform cannot! Also, the overall productivity of our organization's employees has increased and now the collaboration between all of them is seamless, We use dropbox in every department in our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally think, there should be real-time updating of files, security can be improved because the organizations who keep security as a top-notch practice for them, are unable to trust. Also, need some updates in the search option.

Dropbox is a good all around cloud storage tool with room to grow
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox provides no-frills, easy access to cloud storage at an affordable price. It's simple UI and minimalist design are accessible and friendly to even low-tech users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks truly native-feeling integration, especially with its desktop tool, which is difficult to manage content on when deciding what should be cloud-based or local. Upload times are often quite slow and it's not always great at identifying what the issues are when errors are encountered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need extra space and a secure location for my project files, personal documents, and working files that are being sent back and forth to clients. Being able to create a quick dropbox folder and share large amounts of data like design files makes communication and project delivery easy.

I can store all my files at one place and access ot remotely from any device with great security and no fear of loss of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can't be connected with a google account so we need to make a new account for it and login each time makes ot little slow.

Thousands of photos in my device and managing it was very difficult until i started to use Dropbox, now i can store all my photos in Dropbox without the fear to loose any of my data.

3. An add-on is the preview feature for various file formats.
4. Although there is no interface with Teams or hangouts, it can be integrated with 3rd party apps like Zoom, Canva, etc.

1. If you're not familiar with syncing folders, setup is challenging.
2. Limitation in file sharing with users who don't have Dropbox accounts.
3. There isn't any functionality for searching metadata.
4. Free accounts expire after 12 months and have their contents erased after 90 days of inactivity.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to its outstanding possibilities, Dropbox seemed to be my university's ideal solution for collaborative work. Because Dropbox integrates well with the majority of products on the market, we chose to use it. Thanks to Dropbox, teams can easily collaborate, exchange files, and manage projects.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps organize, back up and share digital files, like photos, audio and documents. I think access on multiple devices is a top feature. The scanning tool is improving quite a bit especially on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It used to make or trick people into setting up their own accounts for sharing documents and files. I think sharing is improving but early sharing was limited. Also I would like to connect several different accounts.

This allows me to back up files and share with the bookkeeper and CPA and allows access from my phone app.
