For me, Dropbox is one of the best free cloud storage and file sharing out there.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is Dropbox is free, and I've been using Dropbox since 2013, I think.
I have been using it until now; I saved the documents I needed to access anywhere and anytime.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of security is one of the main drawbacks of utilizing Dropbox. The service doesn't provide as much encryption as other cloud storage choices.
But I am using it just saving non important documents and images.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helped me save files, images and videos to share them with my friends abroad.

There’s just not enough space in Dropbox!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great place to store shared documents that you are working on with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm constantly being reminded that I'm almost out of space and I need to pay for an upgrade. I'm not out of space, I just have a lot of documents that, at some point, will be purged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is they DON'T do anything to resolve my problems, they SHOULD increase the storage as it's just too small.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a great product and it provide me with a platform to store large amounts of data in it like i mainly deal in excel files, and i can keep my files to the DropBox with lots of security checks i am sure that Dropbox will keep my data secure and private.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing i am currently dislike about is Price the cost of the Dropbox is currently very high which i considered this as a costly product as compare to other products available in market
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage i have to store some of my critical files which i need to keep as private as possible. also, i can access my files whenever I like via using my login account
Dropbox also supports multiple files so i don't need to buy an extra product to open my files.
Lastly the security is the best part which i like most in Dropbox.

I have used Dropbox for years and enjoy the file saving aspect.
What do you like best about the product?
File retrieval and photo storage. I enjoy being able to find files and photos anytime and anywhere. Most file are already sorted and gathered by date and location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I do not like the storage profile, and I would like to be able to store more files with more GB space. The accessibility could be more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By updated the software and database. There are always updates to Dropbox and the website and apps to combine improvements to increase productivity. This makes it easy.

I dont like browser verson of dropbox .beacouse its very slow load the site as well and rake too much time if i am dragging the file and paste it over there

Some time streen got stuck when pasting the file in browser.
Most Reliable Cloud Storage Service
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is how reliable and easy it is to use Dropbox for storage of my files and folders. Dropbox saves my data online, so even if my computer crashes or I delete a file by mistake, I can still access that file from my laptop or phone via the Dropbox app or the web interface. I also like the fact that I can share files with my family and friends who are also using Dropbox. In addition, it’s great that I can access my files any time and anywhere thanks to Dropbox’s mobile and web clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
First, Dropbox’s free plan doesn’t provide enough storage space for my needs. Second, uploading large files can take a very long time (depending on your Internet connection speed). Lastly, the desktop app doesn’t always work as well as I’d like it to—sometimes it hangs when I try to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves a lot of problems for me: It lets me store important files online so that they can be easily accessible wherever I am; it saves me a lot of time since I don’t have to copy files to different computers in order to share them with other people; and it prevents me from losing important documents if I lose or damage one of my computers.

Its limited storage space, slow upload speed, high cost of additional storage space, limited file recovery time, limited file versioning, limited collaboration options, limited security options and limited customization options.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to collaborate and manage detailing and comments with changes tracked very easily and requiring minial tech knowledge while using such a platform

What do you dislike about the product?
Unavailability across multiple channels, wherein users need to login to app or web version only for doc collaboration. Accessibility gaps are a bit of a challenge
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating and having pace in doc readings done over time. Easy to start from where I've left and easy to bookmark and read tech docs over time with less remembrance and manual load
Great way to share files in the cloud
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of using DropBox to share files and folders with only those who need access. I also like the added security that saving my files in the cloud offers instead of sending them as attachments. The shared access allows me the convenience of knowing that changes to any of the files shared are updated on my side and on anyone I've shared the file with. It's a great way to collaborate with others more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of what I don't dislike, to be honest. The only beef I have is that the other people you want to share files with also need to sign up for DropBox to share files and folders. It's understandable why that access is required; I wish there were an easier way to share universally, as many people use different cloud storage sites, and it can be frustrating to keep all that in check when you have to transfer files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to share documents and files for my customers with my Head Office. It saves me a lot of time and avoids anything going missing during the sales process with my customer. It also allows me to update the documents as I receive them from customers and gives my Head Office a convenient, safe and accessible place to find any of the documents that are needed as part of the regular audit process that is required in order for me to get paid my commissions.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to guide someone through downloading a file from me. It's quick to setup and easy to use for sharing files.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's min account size is too small it's only five gb
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File sharing and Microsoft SharePoint cloud service is taxing and Dropbox offsets our file sharing needs
