Dropbox Premium can be worth the money
What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration between Windows and iOS. I have a PC and an iPhone and this makes it easy to share and access files between the two
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting rid of the Passwords app was kind of a drag. Also I don't like that all my folders don't stay on my PC or iOS app, I sometimes have to search for older ones rather than them just always being there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often record and have to transfer large video files from my phone to my PC. This enables me to do that while not taking up a ton of physical media space.
Familiar, But Needs a Better Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the feature in Dropbox that allows me to easily share files with colleagues and friends. This functionality is incredibly beneficial when collaborating on projects, enabling seamless communication and teamwork. Additionally, my long-term familiarity with Dropbox, built over ten years of usage, is a significant advantage. This familiarity saves me time and effort, as I don't need to learn another format, making my workflow more efficient. I also find Dropbox's compatibility with different types of files, such as InDesign and MOV files, quite useful for my work, ensuring I can store and access various file types without issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the setup process for Dropbox difficult, which can be cumbersome for new or less technical users. The user interface often needs improvement as it sometimes feels outdated and difficult to navigate, leading to inefficiencies in daily use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox for work to save and share files with colleagues, offering convenience and eliminating the need to learn new formats.

Essential Storage Solution with Room to Grow

I really appreciate how easy Dropbox was to set up, making the transition smooth and uncomplicated for someone using it for both school and personal files. The additional free storage space has been a significant benefit, allowing me to save my files confidently without worries about hitting a storage limit like I did with my previous service, Google Drive. This extra space has positively impacted my ability to handle tasks effectively, providing peace of mind that my important documents are safely stored. I also love that Dropbox offers free space, which makes it a highly attractive and practical choice for managing my digital files.

Dropbox: Seamless Collaboration and Reliability, Worth Every Penny
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Dropbox. I’ve used it for years, and it’s the backbone of my client workflow. As a designer managing multiple projects, I keep everything organized and accessible from anywhere, whether I’m on my desktop, iPhone, or iPad. File sharing is seamless, and I love how easy it is for clients to preview and comment without needing an account. It’s reliable, intuitive, and makes collaboration stress-free. I’ve tried other cloud storage tools, but nothing compares to how well Dropbox integrates into my daily workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss capture! Other than that, not much. Storage upgrades can get pricey, but the reliability and ease of use make it worth every penny.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the chaos of managing files across multiple clients and projects. I no longer waste time searching through email attachments or juggling different platforms for file sharing. Everything stays organized, versioned, and accessible, whether I’m working from my studio, traveling, or collaborating remotely. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my client files are safely backed up and always readily available. That reliability saves me hours every week and helps me stay focused on the creative work instead of file logistics.
Effortless File Sharing and Transfers—No Complaints!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to upload and share files with outside vendors and our team at the office. We utilize the app a lot as well which is a great way for us to transfer our larger files to clients. Lastly I like when clients or vendors share folders with us that is just shows up along with our other files within dropbox which keep things streamlined for us.

I really don't have any dislikes currently.

I can't think of anything that I don't like about it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep everything synced from my phone and have a backup of all files. I can share with clients easily. I find with iCloud or Google there's some weird steps or processes that make the same task more annoying to me
Easy Sharing and Smooth Sync, But Frequent Storage Reminders
What do you like best about the product?

Easy way to store, sync and backup documents and files
What do you like best about the product?
The easy way it provides to sync the documents across the devices and ability to easily search, upload and organize the files. I also like the way it provides options to view the photos with thumbnails.
Another cool feature is the Dropbox Paper. It is very light weight compared to other online document editing tools and provides a way to easily comment and collaborate with other people.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing. Its pricing is comparable to other online storage services like Google One but Google storage provides more functionality and features like Google Photos, docs, sheets, spreadsheets, etc.
For backup, we need to put the files and documents in the dropbox shared folder on the laptop but sometimes we may forget.
The UX is also not very intuitive.
In the early days of when dropbox was started, users got free additional storage but now it constantly asks to update the storage plan.

I think Dropbox is providing a way for me to easily access my files on multiple devices and also providing a way for me to know that my documents are safe once they are uploaded. I can retrieve them even if my local laptop gets corrupted.
