Slightly expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Out of the box features of case flows, reporting, sla, openspan bot, integrations with most of the cloud applications like DocuSign, AWS services etc ..

Can solve a lot of use cases for business....but need diligence in deciding where to use it.

Great Software for Co-Browsing
What do you like best about the product?
This software is really helpful for customer service. If a customer needs help or has a question, we can immediately help them with cobrowsing. It is safe as well and you don't need to download anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about the software so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of customers having to reach out and be frustrated with their problem. we can fix it before the customer starts getting frustrated. The software is fully secure, so we don't have to worry about information being stolen.

It's a low code platform and easy to use to develop the application in the minimum time period.

It is a little expensive compared to other tool

I like the flexibility that the program gives me to do my day-to-day when it comes to working in the Tech SAAS space. I also know that a ton of colleagues have also benefited hugely as well

I didn't dislike anything if I'm being honest. To speak candidly, you guys really nailed it!

Well the customer expierence is huge when it comes to saling. I like how I can make sure the customer is engaging and taking full advantage of what I am telling them.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing software. In little time we can build complex business solutions. Same solutions we can then move to Chatbot, etc. It is equipped with AI & other latest technologies.
What do you dislike about the product?
PEGA support is very poor. Whenever we get stuck in development phase solution is awaited for many weeks from Pega team. Certification cost is vey high. Also currently it's difficult to get a PEGA developer.

We are trying to reduce time & human efforts in U S Healthe care- Provider support. We used Chatbot for good customer experience. We also used Sortspoke to upload documents.
I have been working into PEGA platform from last 6 years. It's a powerful features tool.

New application from scratch, MVP can go live within 90 Days. Ease integrations and application development increases 7 times faster compared to java.

No dislikes till now in my pega carrier.

1. Customer Support.
2. The Clipboard where all the customer information can be seen.
3. The Navigator tool which shows the flows or path followed to reach a certain end status.

1. The application developed using Pega was slow though it improved after the version upgrade.
2. Difficult to implement Pega in the Agile model.
3. Application needs a significant amount of CPU power to run meaning higher ROM & RAM which increases cost.

That it crashes or does not want to save some cases and gives an error message.

To create cases, assign cases, leave messages for agents and looking up case notes and trace agent information.
