I like HAProxy because it gives me rock-solid load balancing.

config can get complex fast, and small mistakes can break the whole routing flow.

I would a better UI for it. Perhaps a UI for non technical people would give more flexibility.

We are a Saas product with hundreds of thousands of customers. They Haproxy helps us manage the ssl certificates of each customer since some require more customization.
