best app ever of this kind
What do you like best about the product?
I like you can use filters and the option to see in the activity when a contact called or was called. i like the simplicity of the app itself- i think this is the biggest advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
You don't have the option to check the list of persons who are in a specific status from the dashboard if they are out of your group. the are no skins you can use or colors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to provide specialized training due to the simplicity of the tool itself so this saves time and gives comfort to the employee that is using it. It's a must-have if communication with clients or internally is needed.

I like the simplicity of the app and the feature of having the desktop app is the best

should be more customizable, for example, to let you choose the color of the background of both versions: web and desktop

the main purpose of the app is communication between customers and employees of a company, this app achieves that goal in a professional manner
Perfect tool for growing Support
What do you like best about the product?
I find Talkdesk easy to use and implement. The system is straightforward to access, and I can easily find assistance for common issues. It's also interesting to see who called whom, when, how long the call lasted, what phone line was used, and what number was called. This ensures that our staff receives accurate information from callers. Additionally, the ID feature is helpful in situations where return calls are anticipated. Our team will then know exactly who to direct the call too. Plus, it's accessible to route calls within the company or between employees using this program, making things more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an intermittent problem with incoming calls failing to connect. Incoming call volumes that exceed the application's capacity are occasionally caused for concern, but are typically simple to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to efficiently greet customers and quickly resolve any issues they may have. This helps to create a positive customer experience, which is essential for repeat business. In addition, Talkdesk provides valuable data tracking and analytics that help us identify areas where we can improve our operations.

training sessions are very useful, everybody can learn how to use this tool easily by watching video tutorials

I did forget my password and I wasn't able to get a solution without the help of it guy to use again the app

you can check to live the number of inbound calls and the status of each member of the team and this helps to avoid lost calls

there are very often updates and do not give you any details about the new functions implemented in the new version or the bugs fixed by the update, as the majority of the apps are doing

having a simple-to-use application is helping me to work with pleasure and less stress this is also giving me a boost of performance

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely user-friendly, easy to monitor calls and one of the best features of talkdesk is that it s aligned very well with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in specific, it just hangs a few times but restarting/refreshing fixes the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call monitoring - Talkdesk records every call made by different agents with great sound quality.
Business Integration - As a Sales Manager, most of the work done is on/through salesforce and Talkdesk is very compatible with it.

Talkdesk is the best phone service I have used
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Talkdesk for a few years now, and it is by far the best phone service I have used. The interface is intuitive, whether you access it online or through the desktop client. And their customer service is excellent; every time I call or email them, I always receive prompt and helpful assistance. In all my years as a manager, I have never encountered such excellent customer support staff before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the report page will not load, and occasionally it will. To access the page, the tab must be closed and reopened. This is a problem for everyone who uses the reporting system, not just me. It is not always beneficial to delete cookies and browser cache.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We consider various factors when determining how and when to contact our clientele. Excellent for maintaining the sales team's motivation and success readiness!

Our dialing tools are so user-friendly that they have eliminated the requirement for desk phones among our users. Our team's output has increased due to the mobility provided by this feature.

A distinct coloring represents each status in Talkdesk. However, the colors do not always correspond when viewing your statistics, which can be confusing.

- The application it's useful for communication with our client which this a must-have in my role in the company
- The application it's useful for correct time management as per statutes we can use in different need situations, you can see a daily, weekly, monthly report with the period spent in a specific status.

very nice tool that help business to grow
What do you like best about the product?
I like that is easy to use, and easy to log in and check your daily activity. it has an easy interface. you can check the numbers of outbound/ inbound calls in a specific period and you can also listen to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it has a bug because sometimes when you change your status from the window app (small window from the picture attached) it does not update the status in the application itself ( the one in the web browser) and you need to double-check the status, especially when you log in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- the app is created for communication which is essential in the business I activate even if it is with clients or with colleagues. definitely using the app the performance of the business was increased. from my point of view is one of the key tools in the company.
