What do you like best about the product?
It has been beneficial in terms of providing a transparent network. It gives us the recordings of all the calls made.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should give us an option to make conference calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has improved our CSAT score. In addition, it provides access to all the reports as per our flexibility.

A Great software for International Calling
What do you like best about the product?
A simple and easy-to-use software with great user interface.

Nothing as such as Talkdesk has never disappointed with any of it's features.

Talk desk has helped us to save the cost. It has enabled us to generate accurately and timely based reports.

They do not give us the option to make a conference call. So at times, there are network issues, and we face call drops.

What do you like best about the product?
Functions- Talkdesk has good functionality like Keyboard shortcuts
Country code- Good option to select the country just beside the number to place, which becomes easier to set up the country code.
Updates: Regular updates on software
Additional: Easy to add numbers of agents and can have personalized numbers for each agents.
Customer Calls: Customers can quickly call back when agents have separate numbers.
User Friendly- Overall, it is user friendly

What do you dislike about the product?
Talkdesk does lag, and it does freeze, and for a few days,
Call Logs: Call logs are not getting updated.
Search Bar- There is no search option to search with the customer name or number. It isn't easy to find the call logs for a specified one.
Calendar- There should be a Calendar through which we can select the from & To Date and generate the report.
Filter option: The filter option is limited to the Ring group and Agent name. There should be other options, e.g., countries
Call Quality: It's not up to the mark and needs to be enhanced more.
Features: It has very few parts and needs to add more features depending on the different types of business.

i really haven't really experienced an issues with talkdesk and if they were issues i would have to log in and out and it would work fine
Great Scalable Tool at an Affordable Price
What do you like best about the product?
We have the Elevate license package with custom reporting added on and get so many features for much lower than our previous provider. We get tools to improve performance, monitor call volume live, provide an easy knowledge base to our team, and have full control over altering our system at any time without engaging support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat and email flows are definitely newer features for TalkDesk and are evolving. They're a little clunky at times and not as customizable as we would like, but perfectly functional and easy to use. They've also added several features as requests to their development list since implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous provider charged us every time we needed to set up new phone numbers and chats. They also custom scripted everything on the back end so we had no control to make changes on the fly without incurring additional charges (at $75 per 15 minutes of work). With TalkDesk, we have full access to all the tools and can change or add phone numbers, chat touchpoints, emails, and more at anytime. We can customize or change our IVR menus or recordings ourselves.
Optimal for telemarketing
What do you like best about the product?
TD is very easy to use, you can find all the dashboards in one section, listen to the recordings, evaluate interactions and send emails to consumers, all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new Workspace update is been causing a huge impact on our communication both text and voice, a little more development with their support will fix these issues as soon as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to bring closer our consumers and give them the opportunity to have meaningful interactions, the feature TD provides makes it unique, and our performance has increased by 3% this month.
