Talkdesk: A phenomenal resource for our customer service agents

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Talkdesk is a cutting-edge contact center solution that requires no specialized knowledge, hardware, or software from administrators or agents. This service requires minimal maintenance in terms of maintaining software and operating system updates. Its presence on Amazon Web Services guarantees the infrastructure's stability. We have seen zero issues with this system over several months of operation, which is fantastic! I also appreciate how simple it is to obtain a phone number from practically any country. This allows us to provide a local number for customers calling our contact center even though we are still located at our original location. It also allows our agents to work from anywhere, including the office or their homes, which is super convenient! Overall, I thinkTalkdesk delivers outstanding service, and the company is growing significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that the Admin console and reporting are inadequate. It's frustrating when a new feature is implemented and other things start to malfunction. There needs to be more development or testing time for new features, so we must rely on older ones. Even though they have a lot of developers, there are still some significant difficulties that need to be fixed before releasing code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is that the Talkdesk support team is less reliable than it used to be. The former client will provide additional support, but the support team has yet to be as reliable as of late.

What do you like best about the product?
There are several things that I like best about Talkdesk. First, there is no need for specialized technology or software - managers and employees can use this system with minimal additional effort. Second, it's a very sophisticated method for managing customer service inquiries. Third, the service does not require regular updates to your operating system or software - you can be confident that the underlying infrastructure is secure because AWS hosts it. Finally, call transfers to internal extensions or external numbers are manageable. Overall, their service is excellent in every respect - they answer calls quickly, are courteous and professional, and keep you updated on the status of your request. Aside from the IVR studio, the Chatbot at Talkdesk is also an impressive independent work of artistry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only have one minor complaint about Talkdesk after using it for a while. When you click on a bookmark for the client or enter their address, the voicemail will open automatically. After confirming that I wasn't being transferred to voicemail, I saved the link and discovered that I had to click it twice (or force a browser refresh) before I was taken to the page on Talkdesk that I had requested. This is the only significant problem I've experienced with Talkdesk so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Talkdesk platform allowed me to monitor my operations remotely and provide data while maintaining the same level of openness and responsiveness as a conventional virtual contact center. This was especially useful for issues that could have potentially created problems down the line. Additionally, their integration with Salesforce and Zendesk is superior to any other company's offerings.

What do you like best about the product?
I most appreciate Talkdesk's Caller ID, call history (which logs both incoming and outgoing calls), call length (which may be used to establish an average handling time), and online user count (and status). The ability to assess the current level of service and alter the schedule accordingly is fantastic. Furthermore, I like that I can examine caller IDs for incoming calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you are automatically signed in as soon as you launch Talkdesk. If a call is queued, it will be routed to you, regardless of whether you are prepared for it or simply reviewing your team's availability settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk is solving the problem of being able to seamlessly receive and make calls, as well as logging and linking those calls to Salesforce for audit purposes. This benefits you by saving enormous time typically spent on manual call recording processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Talkdesk is that it does not require any particular technology or software and can be used by managers and staff with minimal extra effort. It is also a very sophisticated system for managing customer care requests. Another great thing about Talkdesk is that it uses AWS to host the service, so you can be confident that the underlying infrastructure is secure. We have not encountered any platform-specific issues after using Talkdesk for months now. Additionally, call transfer to internal extensions and external numbers is easy and seamless. As soon as you have a good pair of headphones, you will be prepared for incoming calls! Lastly, their customer service is impeccable in every respect; they are quick to respond, courteous, and always keep you updated on your request(s) status. And last but certainly not least - the IVR studio withinTalkdeskis an independent work of art!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like Talkdesk's inadequacies in reporting and the lack of availability in the baseline plan. It would be easier for our quality team to handle audits if the quality package was made a prerequisite, and it would be helpful to get a snapshot of how our reps are taking incoming communications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a more reliable call center software to manage our call flows and depend less on an international IT service provider. Talkdesk has given us that reliability and many other advantages we are eager to implement

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Talkdesk is its user interface. It's exceptionally well-designed and easy to use, even if you need to become more familiar with the product. The ability to listen in on other people's phone conversations is also a great feature, as it lets you stay updated on what's happening even if you're away from your desk. Additionally, the status-changing feature is handy for emergencies or when someone becomes disconnected. Finally, the call waiting and hold time functions are excellent additions that make using the product more efficient overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that Talkdesk logs out after a specified amount of inactivity. This is annoying and causes inconvenience, especially in commercial contexts where it is widely recognized and tolerated. However, with the advancement of technology, we should expect regular upgrades to the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Talkdesk platform can function as a customer relationship management system. This means that personal information, such as customers' names, email addresses, and physical addresses, can be stored and accessed quickly and efficiently when creating accounts or delivering newsletters.

What do you like best about the product?
Hassle free connectivity and the number of timezones available to connect with the customer.
Also whenever there is some issue with talk desk, the tech team is quick to resolve it and make sure that it does not happen again
What do you dislike about the product?
The website where we need to listen to the calls. It is not that organised and is very difficult to find call recordings of the earlier calls made. So this is one thing which needs to worked upon

earlier talk desk would crash frequently or the calls won't go through but now it is updated and there are no such issues which makes it easier to talk and to resolve queries in a more bet

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is remarkable, user-friendly, and practical; whether you work in Quality or any other field where recordings are stored away, you should use Talkdesk. The thing I like best about Talkdesk is how user-friendly it is. Even someone without experience can quickly learn how to use the program due to its design. Listening to audio live is a huge benefit, and downloading is easy. It's also great that the report is available on a specified date. Before using Talkdesk, I created various call recording applications myself, but since starting to use Talkdesk, I have yet to feel the need to make any more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that Talkdesk is not always operational; calls are dropped, you cannot answer the phone, etc. This technique sometimes works well for consolidating calls, particularly if one of your users gets dropped from the ring. However, I appreciate that their support team is lightning-quick to provide a patch or begin debugging to assist whenever a problem develops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The opportunities for Talkdesk to capitalize on IT advancements related to the pandemic were immense. TalkDesk was able to facilitate the freedom of working from home for its employees.
