Talkdesk makes it easier for us agents by using its AI transcript for each call. It provides a summary of the call which can be very beneficial when you are on a long call and cant remember all details.

it's very simple to use, easy to navigate and very efficient

unable to extract disposition level 2 reasons which can give us insights on leads and customer feedback.

able to efficiently contact sellers and able to use it accross the world connecting people from one end to the other end of the world

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it changes your status automatically, but you still have the ability to change the status manually if neeed. I like the new AI feature as it helps speed up the wrap up times for calls. I really like that it types out the converstaions in text so you can go back and review if you need to while still in the call and right after the call without having to listen to the recording again. However somtimes the recording is needed so this is very benificial to still have the replay option.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reason I gave it a 9 instead of a 10 is it takes a long amount of time for the "activities" catagory to load after a call. You have to go out of after call work and then wait another 5-10 min before it wil load the call history recordings or the previous phone number that called. I also think somtimes the AI feature can twist things and is not always accurate.

talk desk allows me to take calls without using a phone and only using my cumputer

When I need to communicate with clients that I'm working with, it makes life very easy even with colleagues very to communicate with them

Makes telephonic consultation easy, you can easily explore different features whilst on a call it also has advanced business toos

It can sometimes take long to put the correct Aux code.

It helps track your productivity levels, and can easily refer back to a specific call you had that you might need to listen too again.

It provides a history of the calls that you have made and you can also listen to them. It also includes feedback from the quality team, all in one app.

You cannot be able to make calls when the internet cable is not connected.

It helps in providing feedback from quality teams from the calls that we make and you can be able to track your progress and see the calls that you have made and listen to them.

As Customer Service Agent, stable and clear connection is key and I think it has one.

All good, doesnt have much to say, pretty solid

As we rely on the queue and info, i think it gives us enough
interacting with customers and shows customer details at times.

gives good interaction between sellers and agents also helps in showing ones work productivity as well as analysis of the evaluation.

it's sometimes very behind with updates, however, that doesn't stop the flow of calls and work progress
