dropped calls and failurento log calls in sfdc

I enjoy that Talkdesk is very user friendly!

Honestly, Talkdesk is great! I really enjoy using it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are eliminating fear from health insurance! And we realized Talkdesk has made it easy for us to implement our mission!

What do you like best about the product?
The solution is very flexible and allows are support teams to work from anywhere. Integrates with Salesforce and allows us to make performance visible to the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Skills based prioritzation is not available at this time, but is coming soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use and implementation. Allows us to route calls to improve our customer experience, having seen a 40% improvement in first call resolution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You are truly gaining a partner that is vested in your success.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to customize the system to fit our business' needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if the built-in reporting was a little more powerful. Right now, to do some of what we need to do we have to pull a CSV and work through Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed advanced routing and better live reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use with Talkdesk! It works well and syncs great with Zendesk which is super imperative for a customer support rep!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the quality of the calls is not always 100%

Easier for our customer support reps to work quickly & efficiently!

What do you like best about the product?
Numbers are easy to find also easy to use, the site is very easy to work and it makes our jobs alot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading is often very slow, sometimes it disconnects but does not show it right away. It is very slow sometimes and does not work alot of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
missing calls is not always a missed call but a caller hanging up.

What do you like best about the product?
The voicemail drop is nice. Click to call functionality is pretty basic but works
What do you dislike about the product?
Constant issues with audio quality and the other end being able to hear me. I have tested my bandwith and am connect via eithernet cable so I know that it no the problem. I can often not go through the prompts of a digital attendant. There is very basic salesforce integrsation which calls log a task but you can not manage exisitng task or set a follow up. There is no mobile app and there is no ability to click to dial to a cell phone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Got me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool seems aimed at call center environments but is not very useful to a sales floor making outbound dialing efforts. I would recommend you avoid this product as a sales team there are much better applications out there with CRM functionality.

Ask about timelines and roadmap for better salesforce and CRM integrations. Also, the development of a mobile app.

Il offre une interface assez conviviale et un moyen facile pour que toute notre équipe de support puisse prendre des appels de clients ainsi que rappeler, tout en travaillant à distance.
Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de the product?
Il n'y a pas de connexion directe à Power Bi. Cela serait utile pour notre organisation afin de réaliser des rapports plus avancés sans avoir à utiliser des exports. Les instantanés de rapports fournis sont excellents pour vérifier certains aspects des performances téléphoniques, mais une capacité accrue à comparer les données au sein de la section de rapport améliorerait probablement leur utilité.
Quels sont les problèmes que the product résout, et en quoi cela vous est-il bénéfique?
Talkdesk est une interface vraiment facile qui est d'une simplicité déconcertante - je n'ai pas à m'inquiéter de me débrouiller avec une interface compliquée pour passer un appel. C'est aussi simple que de décrocher un téléphone.

Nous avons réalisé les avantages du suivi des appels dans Salesforce et les aspects de gain de temps de cette intégration ont été utiles.
