Simple and quick

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is super easy to use, the simple layout makes it easy to understand how it works. It also functions very quickly and it can be taken into use in just a few seconds. The quality of the calls is mainly good and I barely never have problems with the connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, but very few times that I can recall, the connection is bad and I can hear my voice echo or either it sounds like a robot. In these cases all I have to do is to call the client again and each time this has fixed the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I contact daily employees of big companies.

What do you like best about the product?
Talk Desk is very simple to use and filters in to our Salesforce platform making it easy to log calls, track client information etc! Being able to transfer to colleagues easily is also really helpful especially when we are working from various different locations!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike! A few teething problems at the start but that was mainly due to internet connection not the application itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect to other colleagues quickly and effectively rather than taking messages / calling back etc! Also helps in being able to work remotely and know who is available and not at times, the status feature is super helpful!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Worth the change !

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is a great software, easy to use, practical, clear voice, good connection and almost able to cover all over the world in a very good quality. Therefore, talkdesk helps us doing our duties in a professional manner and help our clients to get the benefit of our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ring tone is not changeable and the sound of no-answer is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good call is one of the critical success factors in our work as a customer service we need to support and help our clients in getting the benefit of all the details of our product in a professional way through the phone. Accordingly, the last thing we need is a bad call or bad connection and with talkdesk I have been able to do my job in the best way.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very easy to use and have an excellent response. Also makes the task more easier while is connected to salesforce

They might be a problem of connection sometimes but is rare that can happens!

Is the perfect tool for Customer service or for sales

Just try it! you will not regret if you want an easy way to manage your team and track the work done in your office

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Talkdesk. It has amazing features, and in general a very fast experience

I haven't quite discovered a characteristic that I do not enjoy as yet.

I am able to talk to my customers and file our calls so I can retrieve them later and offer a efficient customer service

What do you like best about the product?
user-friendly for a salesforce user and web version of dashboard offers historical view of calls made
What do you dislike about the product?
In a minority of cases, some countries are not reachable "You are not permitted to dial to this country" or some have common audio disconnection problems (particularly when calling to their mobile phones)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contacting many clients to motivate their satisfaction of the product (coaching and tutoring of the product)

What do you like best about the product?
the voice quality and how user-friendly it is to use, I have used many before but Talkdesk is absolutely the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the lead number does not show in the app, and that is because the number format is not correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
contacting our clients very easily and making the merge with other software easier and more fun.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can make international calls very easily and it works well for conference calls too. It's easy to use, pick up & transfer calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when the connection is bad, there is an obvious delay between talking / hearing someone on the phone. I also wish we had more call reason options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to work efficiently when working remotely.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
-Have good comfortable headsets
-Ensure the laptop you use is quick enough to support TalkDesk
-Ensure you have a good wifi connection

What do you like best about the product?

the best of taldesk is to be able to call without copy paste or write manually the number when you connect to salesforce it's fast and effective, you can enchain on the calls by clicking
What do you dislike about the product?

the least good is that sometimes you have to redo often update or check that everything is well connected

overall it is very useful it allows to call quickly, important customer service to be able to give quick response

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use from PC app or even through the web page. This mode is better for reporting (sales manager)
Fast connection with SalesForce in order to call the contact through the lead and not copy and paste the number into the app
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we do not understand if the number we call is invalid for real or not, issue still not resolved by TD

Faster communication with customers and overall faster way to have reports and overview of the business
