Good for making calls and tracking calls at work.
What do you like best about the product?
That it is fairly simple to use. I also love that it records all the calls so you can go back to whatever you need. It also shows the amount of time I was on the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem that I have with Talkdesk, is that when you are on the phone and you are getting an incoming call is it very easy to miss. You do not get a separate notification saying that someone is calling and when you miss that call it only shows that you have a missed call and not the number that called, it's pretty frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Talkdesk at my sales job and it works great with Salesforce. I just click on the number and it automatically calls. Everything is recorded on Talkdesk and at my job I need to go back and listen to my calls quite often so that is perfect.

Reporting at it's finest!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Since i'm a data guy i really appreciate the reporting part of talkdesk. Plain and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing the reporting part of this app that lacks is the average per team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tackling the AHT - average handling time of the reps and using talkdesk we have been getting better numbers WoW, MoM, YoY.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
From my perspective it's THE tool you you or your company needs if working in these spheres of business.
Convenient and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk has made it easier to reach out to multiple clients and different teams within our company! The set up is user-friendly and customizable to suit our business needs! If we encounter any issues, Talkdesk is always quick to help us resolve it! I've never encountered a software company to be so attentive to the customer service side of their business! Very impressed!
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of customization, there are still a few features we wish would be integrated into Talkdesk. However, we are looking forward to where this company is headed in terms of tech updates!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to seamlessly contact our network clients within the same call, be able to track our metrics a focus on the quality of service we are providing, and using those metrics to properly budget our teams accordingly!

Click to call from Salesforce is really helpful as it saves me quit a bit of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When i unplug my headset, it looses my settings and I need to reformat my audio settings before proceeding to make more calls

Less time typing in phone numbers
Ability to review calls and download them are great - I can review calls while I'm commuting if I download them before or after work

Talkdesk Recommendations
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and you can reach anyone within seconds. I am really pleased to be using this feature 'cos it helps me reach all of my contacts and I am able to finish my job before the given time. Talkdesk is the only thing that I will use it in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the line drops down and you can barely hear anything. Even tho it is not something that happens too often it is really important to be able to improve that. It happened when I was in the middle of a very important conversation and follow-up call back was crucial because of a single drop down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talking to a business partner, how to improve their online visibility for shopping and being more available for their customer. Most of the time those talks are educational speeches on our end and how they can improve their service, serving and satisfying their customers. I do believe that when it comes to online ordering it is crucial to pay attention to every small detail that will attract a customer into placing and trusting a product and stay loyal to it. Talkdesk is really the most helpful tool for addressing all of the necessary issues and advice that we meet along the way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the best thing that you can use if you're dealing with outbound and inbound calls.
Great Call Center Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The mobility of having a softphone on your computer and the API integrations into a ticketing system. This has made a seamless trasition into looking for call drivers and quickly identifying what is causing higher volume. The quality of calls has been great. We are glad to be using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting - cant create custom dashboards. This has required us to export alot of data to spread sheets then have to reimport it into other systems. If they had the ability for us to create these dashboards in the same software it would be quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to be more mobile and even work from home when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Great interface and lots of functionality.

There is a slight delay while on calls.

Talkdesk has wonderful reporting tools and allows for easy real-time access to relevant information.
Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is great on all fields, however if there`s on thing that i like the best, then it`s the integration it has across multiple platforms, websites. Being able to call numbers merely by clicking the number on a random website (thanks to the Talkdesk extension) makes my life and job a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the occasional drops in calls. But they are not that often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as an account manager at a start up company and Talkdesk is our go to solution for reaching out to our accounts. I use it on daily basis.

Guaranteed the best product in it`s area. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a calling service online.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm using Talkdesk for a few years now and I must say it made my work so much easier.
I have easy access to all my calls, the recordings are always available so if I need to remind myself it's just a few clicks away.

Honestly, I don't have anything to say that I dislike, I would like to be able to send a fax from this program and SMS, other than that I'm very satisfied.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk integrates great with the other third party programs we utilize to create a seamless experience across several different programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Talkdesk could improve the reporting feature as it is somewhat simplified and it would be helpful to have more advanced statistics in that feature. More advanced/granular call routing, we have had to utilize our own phone system in addition to Talkdesk to allow us to have the calls route the way we would like it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows easier access to ticket queue for when customers have been calling in, allows us to auto-generate tickets for inbound calls allowing an easier method to update and close tickets in real time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend they switch over to Talkdesk as we have customizability that we did not have before and a reliable program.
