What do you like best about the product?
I work with Talkdesk every day and I like how easy the program is to use, it's been pretty reliable over the last 18 months.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue that I experience is with the delay in the conversation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do all of our scheduling and sales calling with Talkdesk.
Extremely Useful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
We use Talkdesk to handle all inquiries, both inbound and outbound. Talkdesk makes it easy to quickly handle our calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now, I can't say there's anything I dislike about Talkdesk. It definitely helps make my job more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Talkdesk to handle all inbound and outbound calls when connecting with our opportunities. We're able to access records in regards to these calls, and Talkdesk also makes it easy for trainees to listen in on real time calls.

Easy to use, reliable, efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Stores a ton of data and makes keeping track of calls very easy. We can see everything that is happening involving calls and monitor any that need closer supervision.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't work, won't accept incoming calls or won't make outbound calls. It never really becomes clear to us why it's not working, there's no notification or anything, but it doesn't last very long. But I think that's the case with most things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large call volume, and a lot of our agents are in another country. It's really helpful to be able to monitor their calls when needed. We also analyze the data to make sure as many calls as possible are being picked up as timely as possible.

I love how easy TalkDesk is to navigate! Very efficient and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cannot conference in another call, no three way calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TalkDesk provides easily accessible raw call data. This information is useful for finding agent stats/data.
Easy to use and dependable
What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is used constantly at my place of employment. The couple of times where I have had issues or questions the Talkdesk customer service team has been very receptive and has always answered my questions and resolved my issues quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing, I cannot recommend Talkdesk enough. If there was one thing that I would change it would be increasing the functions of the call bar
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I handle calls from around the nation, on our team we can see the areas, times of day that we need to improve on and adjust scheduling, thanks to the reporting sections. This tool has greatly increased our productivity

I love the flexibility that talk desk offers. It allows me to move through my calls easier

sometimes it will glitch out and I am not able to change my status

We are able to put calls on hold easier and transfer calls. I love how easy it is to use! I am also able to go mobile this has help me a lot!

What do you like best about the product?
The newest version of Talkdesk has been a blessing to my company! I love the crisp, clear sound and being able to customize features and users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is internet based sometimes not all calls ring through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have multiple users on at once works so well for us. They are able to really zone in on the customer and the conversation without background noise.

I just like how easy it has been to use without a steep learning curve involved.

I have had a couple issues here or there with calls being dropped. But refreshing chrome fixed it

Being able to see my call stats definitely helps me see where I can personally improve on how my calls are handled.

I love How user friendly it is! Love how you can navigate through it and you can communicate with our customers through it.

I have Been able to talk to my customers through it and have them use it as well to communicate with myself as well. I have Realized how easy it is to make calls and emails through it. I think It’s a great big company wide tool to use for communication
