Awesome Communication Software
What do you like best about the product?
This software has treated us so good. It integrates beautifully with our software we use to create tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything. No negative comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to manage and split up our call queue appropriately and allow callback requests with ease.

Could be more user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that for the most part, it connects back to Salesforce and logs your calls on accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite glitchy. I was constantly losing connection even when I was on strong WiFi. The support team while quick to respond was never able to assist. It also often disconnected with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into how accounts were contacted. We also use the call recording to do QA for our Customer Success team. It's very beneficial having the calls on Salesforce but it does not always log.
Talk Desk is simple to use, and has a low profile.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything works so well, the call quality, the way it's just a dial pad, and how easy it is to integrate with other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you log in, it takes you to a webpage to sign in. It would be nice if the application didn't have to do that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to take call after call, the queuing system is easy to see. We can see who is available, and who is not
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you get everything integrated before you make the switch. That will make it easier on you in the future
A Problem Solver
What do you like best about the product?
It's faster than other dialers i've worked with, much more secure and so easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it took some time to sinc some info,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been working with Talkdesk for almost a year, it solved all the problems we had with other dialers, working almost 5 years in my actual company, we faced so many issues, but with Talkdesk we were able to get back our job quality, made our daily work much smoother than ever.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can call on any country in the world with the internet and everywhere without vpn .

Sometimes the tag doesnt work or when there is too many calls, there is a bug due to high traffic

It's a great application , needs more improvement for the bugging except that it is good

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am now able to transfer calls to different departments within my company. It also allows for us to work from home on days I am unable to come into the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I frequently have to adjust the input in my sound settings. I also think it could integrate better with Zendesk; right now it creates a ticket for every call placed when we already have tickets created for the same call.

We started using Talkdesk to help us see where our volume is at. It allows us to categorize the reason for our calls.

What do you like best about the product?
It does what it says it will do! Dispositions are easy to understand, calls are clear most of the time, and the Salesforce integration is smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't select a rep and just listen to them as they dial all day. Also, dispos don't push to custom fields.

I need a call system that integrates seamlessly with SFDC and lets me listen to live calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to log and reference all calls when looking into an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to not only fill out call information in callbar but also zendesk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solves us having to note each call and gives us the ability to listen to call history to better understand an account before reaching out to them.

it is super easy and looks extremely clean!

I wish we could choose ringtones or just different sounds!

It is really easy to train on!

The team will not like this at first but nobody likes change. Everything we have seen and done is amazing.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very user friendly and has the features a small call center needs. I like that I can add things myself as the super user and not need to send everything to support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the support staff is not very helpful. Haven't had luck with the oversees employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to answer the phone in a timely manner and for us, know who is calling. The ring groups are very nice. I am able to run reports instantly. Because of the ease of use, we are very productive and the integration with Infusionsoft is an added bonus on helping us be more efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend the product b/c it's ease of use and many of the features you can do yourself. If you don't know how to do them then you can google what you are looking for an 9/10 you will find the answer.
