Talkdesk Review
What do you like best about the product?
I particularly like the ability to see who is active and when, and how many people are on/what they are doing. Also being able to find my call history quickly is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have sound issues, but that is probably the headphones we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to remain immediately available at a 24/7 call center
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It works well and is intuitive to use, it is only when the call volume gets out of control or there are bugs(which is very rare) that it can be difficult as it can take some time to correct.

Easy UI, good product.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how talk desk is easy to use in both widget and the web-based mode. I also like how the dashboard is easy to customize and understand at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the lag of accepting a call and hearing the tone to start speaking is pretty delayed although this might just be our office internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work in a high volume, fast-paced call center. Talk desk is effective for keeping to our service level agreement.
Reliable and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Reliable and easy to use . Customer support is immediate and resolves any issues fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Support is always prompt and affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides are inbound and outbound calls

What do you like best about the product?
It works well, keeps communication streamlined between our offices across the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
When refreshing the page, it sets an agent to an unnecessary status. Also, system issues do occur and can be inconvenient when they happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As stated before, it helps us to keep in constant communication with our other offices across the world. It has been handy to find out who is available, who is present, and generally helps with organization in staffing.

The fact that in one setting I can see all my employees statuses and what they are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not that i dislike anything I just wish they had more statuses that we could load within Talkdesk
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk makes it easy for you to monitor statuses, see what prospects are holding and for how long. It makes monitoring you business easy and accessible
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My only recommendation is that we have more statuses within Talkdesk

The functionality of TD and being able to easily track metrics is key to the success of our sales team

I wish I could i see information on the mobile device and be able to understand more of the backend information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales team crushing performance and being able to track our KPIs without having to spend time digging into any information.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple dashboard, allows you to screen by agent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a few minutes for the call to load. So if you need to re-listen to the call on the dashboard you have to wait.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a sales based company that requires a team to constantly be on the phone. It also allows management to track call numbers. It keeps the team accountable.

I would use it for a small to mid-size company.

sometimes the time starts but it doesnt ring

I always talk with the customers and is the best way to comunicate with them, so I can solve the problems faster.
Really Enjoy this Producct
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it connects to my computer and all the country codes are in there so you don't have to worry if the client missed out on that.
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn't really been anything so far that I've found to be amiss in the system.

The benefit of being able to have all the call numbers on record is really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
As a supervisor, I love how easily accessible everything is for me. Should I be monitoring my teams status, doing audits, changing status/call tree, etc. Talkdesk allows me to do all these things very efficiently and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever I am on wifi and not connected to ethernet, Talkdesk will often refresh on me should I not have it open for a certain period of time, causing me to be set to "login" status
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to monitor productivity of all of our agents. This has directly led to hundreds of very effective coaching conversations where we were able to showcase the gap between the desired expectation and where an agents productivity really lies.

Defintely try it out, you will not regret it!
