Talkdesk is pretty reliable.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Talkdesk allows the reporting tab. This allows me to see how long I've been in a certain function. Keeps me honest and helps me with time management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Talkdesk crashes when a call is coming in and I am not able to answer. This causes me to have to restart my entire desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk allows me to track my calls, time in functions, and my colleagues time as well. Enabling me to reach out for help, manage my time, transfer calls efficiently, and follow-up on customer's issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ability for specialist (users) to chat with Talkdesk support when technical issues arise with the product. Ability to offer up suggestions through the Talkdesk platform, as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the blind transfer goes fast and smooth and also the 3-way call is without any interruptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to add that I do not have any negative thing to say regarding Talkdesk.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to transfer to a specific person within the phone que, also being able to view stats of specific users and groups. Being able to communicate with countries all over the world- dialing out to different countries and being notified that a caller is dialing us from another country.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection when wifi isn't pristine. Not talkdesks fault but the line sounds very choppy. Also I'm not a huge fan of the fact that other people can listen to my voicemails...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing customers expectations, providing the best service possible by being available via telephone, when companies are veering away from this service and focusing more on emails these days.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The system is perfect for multiple users, the data provided by talkdesk is great to manage a team. Consumer's phone numbers are able to be stored, with notes. Routing and transferring calls is easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it to create and understand exactly what is happening on the sales floor. We're able to track everything much clearer and have a better overall understanding of our KPI's and metrics. I would highly recommend TalkDesk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the mobile version was overall revamp. It can extremely difficult to get the information that I want when Im just using my mobile device. I think TD needs to create an app to help their users have a more streamlined experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
Call quality issues are difficult to diagnose.
Like with any software, there have been some glitches but they are corrected quickly.
Sometimes, but rarely, the connection is bad. In these cases, I can redial and that usually fixes it.

The product is fairly robust and there are releases fairly often for improvements, minimal downtime and a nice UI/interface.

Easy to have extension into SF so you can easily just click on a number and it dials

would love if it was easier to automatically log calls in SF. We've had trouble w that integration

efficiency for the sales and customer service teams when calling. 1 click dial is the best!
Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is really easy to use. Haven't had any negative experiences with it. Most other systems users would see dropped calls, the system itself freezing and barely audible audio
What do you dislike about the product?
In all honesty, there aren't any downsides to talkdesk that I have come acrossed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Talkdesk on a daily basis to communicate with our clients, and it makes it so easy to point and click and answer calls, but on top of that the program itself houses and communicates with our notation system saving time and energy that can be focused on our clients

You won't be disappointed at all!

The ability to monitor and report very closely on the help desk agents .
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. When we have issues or questions their support team is quick and very helpful to find a solution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating all our phone numbers and ring groups in a manageable format.
