the layout is nice, easy to use, simple to set up

no dark mode, ringing sound can be irritating

What do you like best about the product?
With talkdesk I can check how many calls I have taken and recieved in the day, I am able to listen to my calls just incase I have missed something and lastly I am able to check my monthly and weekly QA score. Administrator features are well designed
What do you dislike about the product?
It has as issues with palyback and the audio of the call recordings could be better.I dislike the fact that ACW is only 30 seconds which is not enough for after call work atleast 1 minute would do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk helps to handle all calls (inbound and outbound). In a contact center environment, when dealing with customers, you sometimes need clarity from the previous calls from different agents. With Talkdesk you can always pick up all recorded calls and get the clarity you want. This benefits you with a good call flow with customers and having exceeding expectations to customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it shows you when a call comes up so one can always be alert even while working with other duties.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how sometimes it experiences slight technical issues.

Talkdesk helps me to ensure I provide uninterrupted efficient customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to send an automatic voicemail rather than having to record all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can stuck and requires you to restart in between your job.

Allows us to be able to transfer calls to different departments which makes our job easier.

It's the convieniance and easy navigation

It can be slow to load at times and so I end up being late to clock in

It solves management overload since I'm able to track my own adherance and time keeping which limits constant need to enquire with relevant parties about my time management

Talkdesk is making it easy to interact with different customers every day in order to maintain our daily service level, makes it easy to communicate internationally with colleagues and customers, makes it easy for our Quality assurance team to ensure service delivery in talking with our prioritized customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I have control over the statuses.
I like that it monitors my work productivity accurately.
I like its technical structure, it is unlikely that it to have technical issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there are any downsides I have experienced from when I started using it for work purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk solves the operational burden within our campaign and this benefits me by allowing me to be able to track my activities and get to see where I make my mistakes in terms of calls that I ake and that come through.
