My Talk desk experience

What do you like best about the product?
When the seller calls in and their vehicle registration pops up, this gives you more time to quickly open the seller's profile and promptly glimpse what they are calling in about. This saves you more time in having to put the seller on hold and stuttering about what you have to say.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we are experiencing network issues the system will automatically put you on Offline affecting your adherence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk makes thing easier to communicate with your team leader if you are having system issues you can let them know and they can be able to change your statues for you.

What do you like best about the product?
talk desk is helpful because we use it to receive calls in our BPO not only do we track live ques and statuses from agents we also receive feedback from our assessors through the talk desk as well as coaching and it also stores customer contact data, I can track all my calls and It records all the calls so we can come back to review them. you can do live listening also and track your daily productivity as well. you can change your aux statuses very easily and there was an update talk desk that allows you to queue another status while you are on a call or on after-call work which is a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
in some cases talk desk can kick you out and log you off during productivity hours, also sometimes the call does not ring and it places your on missed call automatically without having a chance to accept the call those are the minor glitches other than that talk desk is easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talk desk allows our quality assessors to assess our calls and it also allows us to receive feedback and store that information- this benefits me by being able to reflect back to my scores and be able to clearly see my development areas and review them so I can excel in my line of work.

there is knowledge base and short courses in talk desk - this benefits me in enhancing my skills and to excel in my position.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very flexible, I can control my activity and productivity, and I love the fact that I can see my evaluations and get to correct my mistakes on future calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I can mention as I haven't had any issues so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk is currently making controlling my productivity much easier and makes me confidence in providing the best customer experience

What do you like best about the product?
it that it reminds me when it is time for breaks and lunch and i can easly apply for my leaves and see if it is approved or not

it that sometimes it logs me off, it takes time to approve leaves that i have applied for

problem of missing my breaks and lunches, it reminds me a minutes before

As Customer Service Agent, stable and clear connection is key and I think it has one.

All good, doesnt have much to say, pretty solid

Easy to make and take calls with great quality and good network.

it sometimes does not want to disposition after call which makes it hard to locate activity done by an agent before you if not notes left.

What do you like best about the product?
The transcription aspect of Talkdesk is amazing, all information releating to the call is in transcripts which you can read to guarantee the accuracy of your notes. The ease of integration is extrodornary as it maintains call consistency which makes customer support calls more accurate and consistant. This product is very easy to use and navigate the dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection issues which involve not being able to hear the caller.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk solves any issues regarding playback, as we are able to read the transcript any information that was missed is in the transcript feature eliminating the need to play back a call to retrieve information. This feature makes our job more efficent and enables me to spend more time with my customers than listening to playbacks.

What do you like best about the product?
When receiving a call, Talkdesk is able to provide you with the contact's information provided on the link work app. In that way one can prepare themselves for the rest of the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Talkdesk will put you offline when least expected and change the status auxed without notifying sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to contact the person whom we a providing the service to. We are able to search for a call made using Talkdesk to listen and manage customer service. Quality of calls is assured and feedback is given when profile are verified.
