Great Product and Even Better Support

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is simple and easy to use. The Support is amazing and they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure our needs are met.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search is not as user-friendly as our previous tool and setting up specific events can be a touch confusing, but the team walks you through it so makes it much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UX isssues and some random enviromental issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Auryc consists of key features that are useful in finding feedback from customers as well as finding bugs on websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything. Auryc is continuing to improve every day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer support issues are being solved in an efficient manner. Bugs are being found in sessions that are reported to the dev team.

What do you like best about the product?
Automatically tracks features on the website and collects data for reports
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface not very intuitive and basic/automatic reports should be more easily accessible

User behavior tracking and analysis. Very simple setup and time to go live. Helps in integration with other behavior analysis tools and gives quick and easy feedback when needed to analyze changes made to the website.

What do you like best about the product?
In-depth analytics(powerful visualisations) of sessions, pageviews and other custom attributes like payment, verticals etc make it a powerful usage analytics tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Alerting could be a powerful functionality on top of the analytics but is currently missing

Good way to review overall performance

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to create events using Events visualizer. It uses very less coding as compared to other analytics tools. I can also create dashboards and send it to multiple users at the same time. It is also simple to create graphs, funnels etc using events. Takes very less time to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main dashboard shows data of more than one product connected with Heap. There is no way to exclude the information about two products
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to understand which features are being used a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Very caring and helpful! Great with providing insights and always providing quick responses. One of the best journey tools I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI could be better and they are working towards a better UI, which I look forward to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Web Journey, heatmaps, session replay, identifying opportunities, tagging and many more. I am sure there are more opportunities that my team can utilize more in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
It enables tracking events for the app and also supplies information about the user which in turns helps in tracking the journey of the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configurations for monitoring and alerting is missing, which is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in resolving heat map analysis. It enables better understanding about adoption of new features launched for the app.

What do you like best about the product?
Able to track app events along with the user informations which will be helpful in tracking user journey

There should be alert configuration based on heat map.

Heap is using in solving the heat map analysis of the APP and able to understand the usage of newly launched features by our users.

Accessing User History Makes Work A Breeze

What do you like best about the product?
I love that anytime I have to check a user's activity history I can easily pull that up with HEAP and know the exact dates and events that took place so I know how best to help. It also informs me of what signup pathway they took as well in the dashboard. HEAP also let's me know what type of browser and device they are using so I know if they are lying to me or are just confused.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that a lot of times events/timestamps aren't in a linear order. Some of the events are very odd jargon and not always consistent so it can be confusing sometimes (e.g. if the user completed a session in the app it will say _completed while if done on the website it says _end and you have to take a second to remember which is which). Also, sometimes it takes forever to load all of the events. And at times even if a user has history it doesn't pull up any of their info, although rare, it's still annoying when it happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped me to figure out what type of browser and device the user has been using if running into technical difficulties. It's also helped me to figure out if the user is going to the right location to sign in or change passwords. And it's helped to show me when they've signed up or registered interest in research studies.
