Enables me to measure my success and make informed decisions
What do you like best about the product?
Auryc gives me an in depth look at my website's activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little bit of a learning curve for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved user experience on our site
Good tool that auto-captures all events
What do you like best about the product?
Auto-capturing feature and it is fast to do analysis on a big chunk of data
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing some advanced analysis like cohort
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to monitor and measure against KPIs and goals. Some of the benefits realized are to analyze the funnels
Great product, great team
What do you like best about the product?
Auryc allows us to track activity on our web application in several valuable ways. From basic event counts to conversion funnels to their signature session replays, Auryc helps us better understand our users' behavior. Another feature that stands out is the ability to tag additional events without having to re-deploy our application. Better yet, when you tag an event, you can analyze that event for as far back in the past as anything else you are tracking - you don't have to wait until new data is collected.
For example, we havce an action that could be initiated from two different pages in our app. One is the landing page; the other is a detail page the user can navigate to from the landing page. We wanted to know how often users initiate this action from each page. We had never tagged this action before, so I went through and tagged it on the two pages. A few minutes later, I was able to see how often the action was initiated from each page over the last 30 days. I could also set up a funnel for when users navigated from the landing page to the detail page before initiating the action - and I was then able to watch replays of when this happened!
Last, but definitely not least, the Auryc team is extremely responsive and helpful when we have questions. They have provided many hours of training and support, and they have been a pleasure to work with.

What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few times where things did not work the way we expected, but those have largely been because of oddities in how our web application is constructed. And in those cases, Auryc has been great about helping us uncover the issues and helping us either fix them or find workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large, complex web application. When we have questions about how our users are using it, those questions often lead to other questions. Auryc lets us analyze one question, and then immediately jump into analyzing the new questions that arise, and so on - without having to wait for the next code deploy or for enough new data to be collected. The ability to work through an exploration without interruption has been a huge benefit - and then having the session replays to dive into what users are actually doing helps us uncover the questions we didn't realize we needed to ask.
Auryc is the ecommerce site performance and session replay solution that you desperately need!
What do you like best about the product?
Their white-glove service is like an extension of our team. When I say they are on top of us, I mean they are on top of us! Multiple times a day with emails and chats about what's going on with the site, what is causing friction and pain points for our customers with video session replays that allow us to go right in and see exactly what is happening. Also, measurement around site speed, which pages are slowing things down and even the ability to project revenue increases based on site speed improvements in a tangible way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I really dislike about this solution. There is a LOT of data and it can be overwhelming at times. I would never have the internal resources to mine this data and make it actionable, but their white glove service does all of this for us. If I didn't have their resources, it'd be like buying a super car and driving it like a minivan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Site speed issues, checkout issues, landing page optimization, blog improvements, customer service improvements and NPS are all solutions that Auryc is helping us to work through. It's been a major eye opener.
Analytics Without Waiting
What do you like best about the product?
Heap lets me answer questions I have as I'm looking through the data. I can come up with hypothesis and rapidly test them against the data I already have. In other analytics systems, I would need to either do a lot of planning or tagging - and it might take weeks to get the answer I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Heap requires a bit of practice, but once you get the hang of it super powerful - since you can build nearly any report you can think of. There's just fewer guardrails for someone who is completely new.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using Heap to review a new product launch - with that came a lot of questions about who was interested in our new product and what they were looking at once they got on the website. We were able to use Heap to create retroactive analytics segments to find our target audience.
Sound analytical and data analysis capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Heap is that it is quick to set up a report. Once we completed the initial setup, we're able to apply segments quickly to any of our reports. It is versatile and allows us to track all of the data points that we're interested in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the learning curve to be a bit steep, but once learned, it is incredibly easy to create reports, pin them to our dashboards, and monitor them on an on-going basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to improve our client experience via Heap's analytics. We are also able to analyze data points that were previously unavailable to us due to limitations in our internal software. We're able to action on this information to continue to improve our customer and product experience.
Powerful insights, intuitive interface
What do you like best about the product?
The Heap interface makes it really easy to connect powerful, user-level insights across web properties (i.e. between our marketing website and product). The 'always-on' tracking enables us to quickly validate hypotheses, delivering historical reporting on newly thought-up tracking parameters.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Salesforce integration over-promises and under-delivers. We had hoped to use the bi-directional integration to connect opportunities and revenue back to lead source and user journey data but found the native integration unequipped, which led us to explore 3rd party integration tooling - yet another system and expense in our analytics toolchain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to gain deep, user-level behavioral insights into our customer journeys that directly inform our conversion optimization initiatives.
Alec's Heap Review
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track traffic in real-time
What do you dislike about the product?
Built-in Heap definitions are not always clear. Would like more functionality when creating dashboards (such as adding text or other kinds of graphs).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Answering questions in real-time is extremely useful to help get an idea of our users' behavior as quickly as possible.
An Analytics Solution for Everyone
What do you like best about the product?
As a member of the Analytics team, Heap allows our non-technical coworkers to build analyses on their own. From creating hypothesis to proving significance, Heap allows nearly all of our users to take data into their own hands without writing queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Heap is not heavily utilized by our Data Analytics team since it does tend to have contradictory numbers with our queried data. However, the discrepancies are not significant such that an everyday user has to work about mass inflation or deflation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cohort analyses, event and signup tracking, product deep-dives, etc.
Easy User Experience and Intuitive Design
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Event Visualizer and how easy it is to learn! I'm new to web analytics, so Heap has made this easy and user-friendly. The significant documentation, including database diagrams, is a tremendous help.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I'm new to web analytics, I'm still learning a lot about Heap and how to interpret data and make business-driven decisions. Nothing that I dislike yet. The documentation is fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are better understanding our user experiences on the website and making design decisions on how to improve that experience to maximize sales.
