Heap Ease of ETL Pipeline Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
The documentation and recommendations present to assist in setting up pipelines for heap data. The customizability for extra fields/tables is also very nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The extra work that feels unnecessarily complicated (applying migrations on s3 exports primarily)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been building a pipeline with our heap data to use it for analytics purposes. We have realized that it really helps give a comprehensive overview that we can use to query for specific insights that we are looking for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Search through the documentation carefully to understand how to use it for your use cases

What do you like best about the product?
It helps devs, products and gives real stats on how your product is doing. Whose using it with an insane amount of USEFUL information. Not just blobs of ugly data. Stuff that you can act upon,.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the complexity and specifics of your Heaps, it does add a decent amount of work in the dev cycle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A/B testing. Are we getting better results with group A, or with group B. What are the differences?
Easy to use but would like additional features

The ease of use and intuitive set up and display of data
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the funnel to be able to split into different paths to display conversions based on other actions.

Identifying conversion and drop off to inform design and ux to improve our customer onboarding success
New user, still need to learn the platform

The ability to create reports and see reports created by others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The terminology takes a while to learn. Plus the layout and the platform in general requires work and focus time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving problems regarding the most frequented web pages and understanding where customers are dropping off.

Marketing attribution and web traffic reporting for the team
All in one analytics tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Not having to know which business questions you want/need to ask, you can go "back in time" to find data since Heap tracks all clicks on the page. Very easy to create funnels and analyze user behavior. Also a developer's dream without needing to add manual tracking tags to every element on the page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a delay when running a query if you use a date range that spans a few months as it takes time to crunch through all the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking at user engagement data, understanding which paths a user takes when they first land on a page.
Very thorough analytics software

Really easy to set up without a developer and gives me insight into everything that matters

It is easy to be overloaded with data points, and learning to figure out what matters and what doesn't isn't easy.

It helps me understand what actions users take at every stage of their journey

Heap is an amazing tool to capture user behavior and funnel conversion

Wish there were easier ways to clean up the data and also more organizational ways to get the reports in and funnels

Auryc allows us to see if there are issues on the website in real-time. I love the session playback feature, it's very helpful to help our customer service team troubleshoot the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. It is very helpful and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a customer service side, we are able to troubleshoot checkout issues or website glitches. It's also very helpful to see the shopping patterns and where customers are clicking to help improve the site or marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibilities and flexibility of the platform, it's easy to understand and it has the best of qualitative and quantitative tools for you to have the best insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, there seems to be a lot to see, but after an introduction, everything makes sense.
