I tried it out, somewhat complex, application focused, but not too complicated to integrate
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integration was great; they have since come a long way with adding more sources via 3rd party integrations.
I liked the way how from the beginning in, it was focused on narrowing down your customer journey to finding the flow of conversions.

What do you dislike about the product?
They have since improved this, as initially, their pitch was somewhat confusing if they were competing with Google Analytics or not. They are strong competitors against Mixpanel and Amplitude. I would give Heap a try over any of these mentioned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking user behavior without any fancy heatmapping tools. Analyzing their panel has been much more fun than through other tools.

I really like the Funnels and error tracking
What do you dislike about the product?
Events created by somebody in the team are not configurable, even if they are public, I am not able to edit them, I have to clone it, as an admin I will like to override those things

Take actions to the customer problems
Exceeded all my expectations for analytics! It's so easy to get actionable data!
What do you like best about the product?
The Auryc team has made it so easy to get powerful, actionable data without a huge development effort. A great feature is that as soon as an event is added, the analytics for that event will be available within a short time, with historical data. I recommend Auryc for anyone that is looking to beef up their analytics to get insights into how your customers use your application / website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually don't dislike anything! It works really well for us, with just a little effort on our part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In just a short time, we have already gained valuable insights that will help our customers better use our applicaiton. We have already improved usability based on the insights from Auryc, and we have more changes on the way!

They have an amazing team to work with. It is very easy to implement and we get great actionable insights

Too much info load, need to pick and choose what is very important to you, don't get overwhelmed

We are trying to understand how our users are interacting with our digital products. As we are rolling out new products to our customers, we are finding some valuable insights on what they are liking and what they are not.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you don't know where to start on product analytics, start here. If you are a lean team and can't build events to trigger every action that is critical, even more important to start with Auryc

The summarized reports of all recorded sessions are fantastic!

Given how much information is captured and made available, it is a bit hard to find exactly what you need at first.
But the Auryc support team is extremely responsive and helps as needed.

We need to constantly monitor user behavior in order to make tool & feature improvements.

Everything has to be manually set up, and detailed analysis is not easy.

A really powerful analytics tool, I don't think we are using it to its fullest

- I like that I can create events dynamically pretty easy

You dont have a Flutter SDK and also there's no way to create a "validator for events" so this dynamic event

It helped us to grow at the beginning allowing everybody to create boards with the data pretty easy

The simplicity of getting it up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making sure that a feature is correctly tagged with html elements. There should be an easier, visual way of creating and tracking a feature rather than relying on IDs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to view our usage patterns. Which feature features are used, and whether users can make it through the happy paths. We also want to see which user interfaces our users struggle with.
Heap is an easy to use, one stop shop for multichannel and business level data retrieval.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, easy to learn, concise, and actionable data.
What do you dislike about the product?
searching for my specific channel can be cluttered at times, but that just comes with getting used to what I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to understand the actual value of my channel. It opened my eyes to some issues of tracking in my channel.
