Solid UX, Excellent Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
The Auryc team is very accessible and generally quick to resolve questions or assist with implementation.
In general, requesting data through the web UI feels well-optimized, returning results sometimes more quickly than you might expect in cases where it's looking at medium/large data sets.
The voice of customer features are well executed and easy to use.
Having the shared data source for raw event logs is very convenient.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the shared raw data source could be closer to real-time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bookmarked dashboards are great for the marketing team to monitor performance and understand test results.
The ad-hoc reporting is convenient for troubleshooting or digging deeper into unexpected trends.

Good tools with a bit of a learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
The configurability is fantastic; enjoy being able to tailor dashboards to exactly what I want to see with the attributes I need. On the engineering side, it's very easy to work with
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit of a learning curve to figure out how to use Heap most effectively; I definitely struggled a bit at first trying to find where everything was. It can be especially difficult for someone new to an organization that uses Heap
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Heap has been a great way to visualize our user engagement and to really drill down on our specific metrics - not just who is using our product but how they interact with it
Fulfils Basic Analysis
What do you like best about the product?
I like different visualizations that I can easily create in the UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations on how I want to create the reports with different segments and aggregation. On some occasions, I have to export the data and do that in Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to determine the peak views on certain pages and determine whether that is expected. We were able to evaluate the most populate pages viewed and how that meets our expectation.
Great and Extensive Web Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up multiple tracking protocols. The online web UI is straightforward and allows you to set up complex paradigms for tracking. Heap also tracks historical data, so it's easy to create a tracking event and to get historical data quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't reliable all the time in terms of the underlying data. It can get quite complicated when trying to use the data in a database and create tracking around a single user who can come through on multiple sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tracking customer flow on the website. Seeing where there is customer friction etc. It has helped us A/B test our online website and to make the customer experience much better.
Data accessibility for those that lack SQL and technical experience
What do you like best about the product?
the event visualizer tool. It's so easy to teach others how to create their own events for reports with this feature. The reporting is intuitive and literally my entire company uses this tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Some discrepancies in the number of page views might be due to the latest iOS and safari update or for users that have really heavy ad blocker running on their browsers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scalable and user-friendly experience relating to web, app, and conversion performance. creating user experience conversion funnels is a breeze, and it's a fantastic tool for exploring assumptions/hypotheses.

Details, it hones in every nook and corner of your app. Features that I like the most \ Segments, Passing events, User paths

Visualizer, Please, plese better it. I have worked with amplitude and it kills the way it does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving user problems such as increasing video views, betterin user experience through user paths taken and just bettering the world for our users in general.
Easy interface and fast results
What do you like best about the product?
It was super easy to find the custom events that I have, as well as some of the other heap tools available. It was fast to compile the data and easy to use for someone who doesn't use tools like this often.

Nothing really to call out as of yet, great tool!

Looking to track product usage to inform our roadmap and validate customer problems and use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use filters, groupings and segments! I'm able to pinpoint which groups of users are doing what and at what rates. This is very helpful for planning tailored experiences and experiments for different users based on their user behaviour on site, or other identifying characteristics (ex device)
What do you dislike about the product?
The path function in heap could be clearer - I'd like to see how many users completed what paths, and similar to the influence touchpoints, a quick summary about which paths were most common

Seeing page specific insights and overall insights for how our site visitors are interacting with the site. Which common touchpoints are highest converting, which flows can be better leveraged etc
