Brilliant experience as a tool & AMAZING customer support

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that one can customize almost everything in the platform. There are so many options. User-friendly interface makes creating content a joy. Also analytics part provides wide range of filtering options which makes focusing on the results easier than ever. Also the reports provided in the analytics are easy to understand, easy to download and process with variety of charts included.
What do you dislike about the product?
While collecting report from analytics, filtering or changing the filter process is slower than a browser (between 5 to 10 seconds). Also I would want to use putting more character option while creating content. Character limit in titles decreases options to be more creative. Other than that, everything has been so useful and helpful since day one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform offers so many options regarding KPIs and other topics we would like to focus on. The main goal to use Centrical is to increase the people engagement and create user experience. Users are happier to see a platform created basically only for them and they value that. Prize-focused tasks increase the motivation and loyalty towards the company. Using the platform interactively with users creates a bound of contribution which effects the overall performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Friendly interface, very easy to use. The platform itself is intuitive, and there are a lot of videos of self-help. The Analytics section is great in terms of an overview of performance and the insights from the managers are really of great help. The Customer Support Team is amazing and nice to work with
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the data is aggregated in terms of KPI can be tricky for small operations that need to compile several pieces of information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overview of the performance results & being able to make sure the team is engaged and updated in terms of knowledge
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you take time to learn the product, otherwise it will be a lost of resources and potential

What do you like best about the product?
It is great communication call and the Centrical team are always doing more and more improvements, with lots of tools to help your company succeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really i dislike it is pretty easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the platform to ensure that all updates and training is in one place and we can measure the agents understanding of new processes and training.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great engagement tool, it shows your team's performance in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the flexibility to create an engaging experience. They seem to be dedicated in enhancing the experience through innovating the platform. We looked at many platforms and this one in my opinion was most professional and delivered the feeling of quality we want our users to experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really say I dislike anything right now I have a learning curve to get through and they have been very responsive with questions I've submitted to help me as an admin developing/designing the game.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We believe centrical will help us with performance visibility and transparency our reps currently don't have, we also believe the microlearning is a very important part of us growing our organization with consistency. Workloads can be stressful and we like the positive theme centrical helps us support.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating campaigns and missions! It is user friendly from the back end to the front end users. The competitive edge really brings out the best in our staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only qualm would be sometimes the images can be very tricky to upload even when they meet all the requirements I often get the failed to upload error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Centrical to uplift risk maturity and take our employees through the curve change of brand new systems, products and regulatory laws that have impacted the insurance and finance industry.

Go in with an open mind and trust the experts at Centrical - they are a wealth of knowledge and can help you make your Game the best it can be!

Great Product, Helps Drive Goals

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us customize our game keys, so we can drive specific targets for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company has gotten very used to our existing reports, so we do not utilize the Centrical reporting as much as a lot of other places might. We wish it was easier to get the data out, in order to enhance our reporting with this data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a retail company, we wanted a way to have our teams focus on specific goals, and be able to change those when necessary. Centrical lets us do that easily, and the team always knows what they are currently trying to push.

What do you like best about the product?
Centrical allows better management of performance with friendly UX, simple functionality for managers and comparison features.
Gamification is highly appreciated by our end-user. We also identify more quickly lack of perf results and are more reactive to adapt the content and coaching to maintain perf results.
Globally, the tool help to coordinate action on performance, coaching, communication and have a positive impact not only performance but also on employee engagement which is at the same level as performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no important lack and negative features in the current tool.
I assume the best integration in IT ecosystem could be done as "standard" connection with HR system (Successfactors, Workday, oracle...) to quickly have an update of HR information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We enhance our engagement rate, nps & communication flow.
We focus centrical to improve our challenging kpi. for some results, the improvement is close of 30 points.

Is an interactive app that helps you be better every day. Learning in Centrical is a game!

I love it 100%.The tool is periodically improved

What do you like best about the product?
Centrical combines many goals in a single tool - in addition to learning content and competitions, sales are successfully managed through individual KPIs and the leaderboard provides a transparent overview for everyone. This is the digitalization of the leaderboards ;-). the help of the people is excellent and the cooperation terrific.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's not easy when you have a special structure and you have to do everything in several languages, here we still have some potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We always have challenges but no problems ;-). and we bring in addition to the turnover also each individual further.

What do you like best about the product?
It is great that we can raise awareness on hot topics and performance while we are having some fun at the office, competing with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I disliked so far, it is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using it to push e-learning sessions, refreshers on KB articles and hot topics FAQs. The teams' awareness and engagement were really amazing.
