Great Community and Training, but still working to understand AI Search Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the product itself, the Conductor community, available trainings and the changes to the platform to keep up with AI advances.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the AI Search tool to be a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding how we preform in SEO, tracking keywords, making page updates and evolving my strategy for AI/LLMs.
Conductor: Exceptional Content Planning and Customizable Dashboards for Global Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Conductor is an outstanding tool for planning and optimizing content around particular trends. It has made my work much easier within a global organization, and I haven't found any other product that matches its capabilities. I especially appreciate the option to build highly customizable dashboards, which give me a single-page overview of the specific web properties we are tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience with this platform has been outstanding. I have no complaints whatsoever. It serves as an excellent tool for everyone in the organization, whether you are the SEO manager, the content director, or an SEO professional working on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely on Conductor to gain valuable insights into the SEO performance of our key websites, which enables us to efficiently share this information with senior management without needing to delve into specifics. Additionally, it allows us to quickly identify which Google features our keywords are ranking in.
Offers tools to generate practical suggestions based on very valuable data
What do you like best about the product?
I was truly impressed by how the onboarding calls prepared us for success. The help documentation, blogs, and webinars have made it easy for us to keep using the tool efficiently. I also appreciate that they consistently introduce new features while keeping the interface familiar and user-friendly, without making any drastic changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience has been nothing short of incredible. I found the system extremely user-friendly and intuitive. The customer support team stands out as exceptional; they genuinely care about your success and consistently show reliability, responsiveness, and a true eagerness to assist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely on Conductor mainly to enhance our SEO efforts, track our rankings, and study our competitors. This platform has proven to be extremely helpful, saving me significant time when it comes to researching, creating, and curating content.
Excellent tool that allows you to perform quick audits of a website
What do you like best about the product?
The tool provides detailed information on optimization, I like its clear and intuitive interface. Its analysis results are fast and comprehensive, it's a really good tool for monitoring changes. This has allowed me to better understand how websites perform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have more options for customizing reports, and better descriptions of technical issues would be beneficial.

This makes implementation much easier and has given me easy access to optimization tips for my products. This is a must-have tool for SEO, its ease of use is very helpful for someone without much experience.
Main tool for analyzing and optimizing web pages
What do you like best about the product?
It's my favorite keyword research tool, and has the added benefit of having a text editor. One of my favorite features is the text editor, which tells me how to optimize my website, making content editing more efficient.

I have no problems with the operation of this platform. The technical support team is very good and consistent, with remote training that allows us to resolve any issues immediately.

It provides useful information on SEO optimization for our websites. We also take advantage of the ease with which we can generate reports to send to our clients.

I especially like the visual reports, the ease with which we can generate reports to send to clients and executive, and the ability to verify information from the SEO agency. I love the marketing features that impact our sales.

Personally, it's my favorite keyword research tool. It's one of the most comprehensive tools I've ever used and has worked perfectly for me.

I use it daily in my work, as it's one of the main tools we use to analyze and optimize websites. It allowed me to analyze traffic generated by organic searches and conversions for specific keywords.
Connecting to Conductor was very easy, and I believe the data will allow us to expand our reach

The reports are detailed and easy to understand. Essential for effectively monitoring your website's ranking. The dashboard design is clear even for those without technical or internet knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do a good job, but I suppose it could be cheaper. As a small business with limited resources, unfortunately, the cost makes the paid version out of my reach.

Conductor is really easy to use and understand. The ranking reports give me valuable information about where I should better optimize my website. Conductor is the most accurate ranking monitor I've found.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service focuses of Conductor are spot on. Yes, they want clients to keep signing on to leverage their technology platform and professional services but at the core they really want to understand what your goals are to help strategically partner and drive success. I still have a t-shirt in my closet from their co-founder, Stephan, that says "If you're not helping people, you're just selling stuff" and they mean it. Have had a great experience with the team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest downside about Conductor is that it can only go so far to achieve your SEO goals because it comes down to implementation accuracy and agility moreso than other paid media channels. The insights put you on a path but you have to go execute the work. Not sure they'll ever be able to solve that, outside of some of their product innovations around content creation, automatic internal linking, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I was introduced to Conductor ~8 months ago and was hesitant at first about taking the time to learn a new platform. However, I've found Conductor to be an all-in-one solution to website monitoring, performance data, and technical & on-page optimizations. Our small SEO team has used Conductor and Conductor Website Monitoring to find data points that no one else in the company has been able to retrieve and analyze - like unique page attributes.
I can complete all fundamental analytics - keyword rankings, domain comparisons, result type comparisons with convenient pre-made filters that make analysis more efficient, but my favorite part of Conductor are the Content Guidance and Writing Assistant tools that recommend specific on-page optimizations and make the drafting process 2-3 times quicker.

I wish there were more insights to explore from custom Page Groups - like seeing all the rankings of a page group in one view, I don't think this is currently possible (you have to individually inspect each URL).

Conductor helps quantify our visibility in search with keyword rankings, AI Overviews, and Market Share. Also, Conductor helps optimize content with recommendations (understanding audience and making specific recommendations for content length, keywords, and a FAQ)
Easy to use and provides detailed key terms
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to enter details, it gives a detailed breakdown so you know exactly what content to cover. I can organize and write more information posts, it really gives me insight into how to structure my posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have a tool to add some keywords, some more topics into the research library. I wish there was a way to download the analysis page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This report gives you valuable insights into keywords, I can find keywords quickly and easily. This has been very helpful for updating older posts, I love that I don't have to use multiple services anymore.
