Outstanding product and customer support
What do you like best about the product?
The default installation of an IntelligenceBank system is very intuitive and provides an outstanding platform for a company to build from. This has allowed me to think of additional uses for the platform above and beyond what we originally signed up for.
What do you dislike about the product?
It saddens me that it took me so long to discover IntelligenceBank. My only other non-positive—I refuse to call this a negative—is the current lack of a tag cloud style feature that would allow members to search more easily for existing tags before adding their own to any new image upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were suffering from a lack of data centralisation and were therefore dealing with multiple instances of the same files (many of which had been edited). Another linked issue was a lack of connection between images and consent forms. Through related documents in IntelligenceBank, this has been resolved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely try the demo of IntelligenceBank and do not be afraid to ask questions specific to your own companies needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Support and training is excellent. IntelligenceBank took extra steps to ensure that my solution was implemented according to my needs. The usability is also great. It's easy to use interface, is intuitive and has saved our team a lot of time.

I have not yet experienced any problems or issues with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have large number of areas, managers and external agencies across Asia-Pacific. We needed a system to streamline our library and resources for our branding, promotions, airport signage and other creatives. We needed a brand asset management system that is flexible enough to adhere to our processes.

What do you like best about the product?
IntelligenceBank is all about providing great help and support. Nothing is too hard

I have no complaints as a user at this point

Collaboration with agencies and third parties, managing versions and making it simple for people to get access.

I personally thing that ease of use is the most important thing to consider

IB DAM makes it easy to ensure that all of my distributors always have up to date digital assets

nothing really - I find the system perfect for my needs

Nothing... it's great! I really have absolutely no complaints which isn't something I can say about most SaaS products.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if it provided a complete desktop sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of projects on the go at once and need a good way to centrally manage a range of information and feeds (proposals, collateral, marketing material) and need to be able to access material and send to clients with simple processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a DAM that is easy to use and where help is available when you needed this will be a great product for you. Make sure you look at the mobility options as they can be very helpful.

Helps me to stay organised. User friendly.

There is no integration with the Shopify cms.

Needed help in ensuring that my staff posts product images that have been approved making them consistent across the site.
The DAM product is excellent. Very user friendly and fit for purpose.
