Really Flexible and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
IntelligenceBank has a really intuitive interface and we like the flexibility to not only manage media files such as images and video, but also PDF, excel and word docs. The audit trail gives you a great level of visibility and you can see how and where files are being used. The last thing to mention is the support we get. The managers at IntelligenceBank are not only very responsive, they are always looking for ways to help us get the most out of the tool. It's not set and forget at all - they are always coming up with new ideas for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like online editing for collaboration. An integration with office 365 would be more helpful to us but it's not a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used IntelligenceBank in several roles and companies. IntelligenceBank not only helps us centralise content but more importantly, it provides a level of accountability and compliance around media and other files. Without a system in place, you are flying blind.
Perfect Martech for a global team
What do you like best about the product?
IntelligenceBank DAM ends the shared drive chaos - it easily centralises files, makes them easy to find, use and distribute. The audit trail and ability to drag and drop files into any other martech app is pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
A free version would be good but at least it's not expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you are spending a lot of money on creative and other marketing content, not putting it into a system and flying by the seat of your pants is really not an option. It basically de-risks expenditure on content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
At first we didn't opt for the implementation package but ending up doing it. If you want to get started fast, have Intelligencebank upload your files for you and run auto keyword tagging.
Great solution that keeps evolving
What do you like best about the product?
I've been an IntelligenceBank user on and off for the past 7 years. The platform is great for managing creative as well as other marketing files. I especially like how you can use it as a client portal to engage with customers. It's flexible and over the past couple of years, it has come a long way. They really listen to customer feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. More integrations would be good though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes services like Dropbox and Google drive tot he next level. It's configurable so you can use it to share creative and client reporting. At the end of the day - it also makes me more efficient as it keeps track of everything I need to share with customers. It also allows measurement of content usage.

I would highly urge folks to consider this solution. It is flexible and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The way the platform can allow users to quickly find, store and distribute assets to a variety of clients, plus its integration with other software, made it an essential tool for one of Trivantis’ online course building software solutions. It’s been great to partner with them for Trivantis Vaast.

There are no aspects of the platform that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ultimately, we were looking for ways to reduce a customer’s time to market by improving the speed and effectiveness of course development. With this in mind, one focus was providing a better way to store and find corporate assets such as logos and images for future use. The IntelligenceBank software platform allows us to do this. With Trivantis Vaast, course makers can now store, quickly find corporate assets and then add those assets to courses.

What do you like best about the product?
This software helps with my fast paced distribution. The advanced search means I can easily find the right branding material for each customer – saving me time. The software works on a tablet and phones meaning I can check on branding from my desk, the warehouse or the road.

There is nothing about the software I can say I dislike

Very quick to integrate and user friendly. It has helped me improve my accuracy in brand and is easy to share files. Its been easy to implement easy to use and needs little customer training.
Helpful for Hot Desking: great for any location
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to customise all aspects of the design and layout, to ensure I’m always brand is a real bonus. IntelligenceBank is great for managing our company’s logos and images for when we quickly need to retrieve them for social media, PR advertising or events. The user interface is fantastic and very easy to use especially on the mobile version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speed of platform is dependant on internet connection. That’s my only real concern with the platform

It has replaced our sharedrive as our go to publishing hub and visual assets home. It’s the first point of call for putting together creative when we need to prepare social media posts, PR materials or anything promotional

A huge plus is the approvals process and control, it’s great for assigning multiple staff permission to a logo or photo for customer correspondence. Additionally, the Image Library is fantastic for when we need to share documents or other communications across brands. It’s easy to control access to logos and documents so that only the correct people have permissions to view and access specific assets.

What do you dislike about the product?
No real issues yet. Perhaps as I encounter a permissions issue I will have a problem, however, their customer success team are great at troubleshooting so I don’t think there will be any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We found the sharing and control invaluable especially when we needed to send brand specific documents and reports to site owners and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
We worked closely with the team to design a specific solution to our needs. They were very accommodating and responsive to what we wanted. We went through many changes in the initial design stage, but they were very understanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
in the early development stage we had some navigation issue, but they were fixed quickly.

We used it to capture all of our brand guidelines

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service the company provides is five star, they are friendly, easy to understand and always get back to us as soon as they can. I love that they are based in Australia which means they are on the same time schedule as all our Australian based centres.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor editing tools that our centres were used to having in our old bespoke system, but the positives well outweigh the need for these tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an easy to use system, where each of our centres can customise and use their own folder systems to their liking. They can clean up and reorder as they like and can easily bulk upload using the cloud, which is extremely useful when adding a whole campaigns worth of imagery.

Just speak with their friendly team and they can easily talk you through their system and assist with a smooth transition into their systems!
