What do you like best about the product?
The quick and helpful support from the IntelligenceBank team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Collections sharing function is good, but could be improved to make it easier to email multiple recipients simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JNI is a relatively new organisation and we identified the need to implement a platform to manage our digital assets as soon as possible. IntelligenceBank is helping us to store, catalogue and share files from our growing media library.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Preparation prior to implementing the DAM is crucial. We spent considerable time implementing keyword and naming convention practices, which simplified the implementation process, saving time and helping us to finalise the process ahead of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Intelligence Bank has provided our franchisees, cross-functional teams and agency partners with easy and reliable access to all of our numerous brand assets! We were able to customize the site to match our brand guidelines, as well as structure the site to our liking. Having numerous employees and franchisees in 40+ countries, establishing a consistent layout and familiar structure is essential. It is also extremely helpful to be able to monitor and supervise who is accessing our assets, as well as how often the site is being accessed. The admin features of this platform are incomparable and something we didn't know would be so helpful. We have recieved compliment after compliment from our agency parters about the ease of uploading, as well as the perfectly organized folder structure. The intelligence bank team has thought of any and every element that could be included to make this platform effective. Additionally, the IT team is always prompt and alert whenever a inquiry is made. Our Customer Success Manager, Suzie, has walked us through every last step and answered all of our questions with ease! Her willingness to help us make our site most effective has made all the difference. As if the Library itself wasn't stand-out enough, the Intelligence Bank team makes it that much better - such a pleasure to partner with them on one of our biggest projects to date!
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly my greatest dissapointment is that we didn't have this platform sooner! There is somewhat of a delay when accesing certain folders within the library, however, this is expected since we a multitude of large assets on the platform. I would also like to see a more user friendly zoom option when viewing certain photos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating numerous email requests from franchisees & field employees to the HQ, thus allowing assets to be accessed easily and efficiently. Using sharing sites like dropbox or Wetransfer are time consuming and inefficient. Housing all of our assets in a "One stop

Comb through your assets ahead of time, archive old items, build out a solid folder structure!
Intuitive system, excellent customer support, a few opportunities to improve on system.
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is excellent. Responses are always quick and our support person goes above and beyond to troubleshoot and train.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few parts of the system that could be improved such as the bulk uploading and approval workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous system was clunky and not user friendly. It caused a lot of frustration so people were reluctant to use. We have seen that with basic training, employees are able to easily access many different kinds of assets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before implementing, give a lot of thought to how assets should be organized, how the system should be structured and who should have access to which assets. Coming to the table with some user cases helps with a quicker setup and implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to search by keywords and filters for assets that would normally be on a file. It makes it so much easier and efficient to search exactly what you need, and have everything stored together for our marketing materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the uploading features are lacking - for example linking assets has to be done individually, rather than as a bulk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving employees a single link for all their needs and resources is highly beneficial for us.
Best Choice for Global Digital Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for a DAM for global team use (including China). IB has easy to use/customizable UX interface that makes it easy for wide mix of global users to engage. Also has great video and image cropping capability right within the software to save time and helpful in determnining our storage needs. Server network will also big plus for speed across all regions. Was extremely responsive during the sales process - moved at our speed to get from demo to proposal in less that 48 hours. We also got the Brand Hub - brand guidelines to help us put more discipline around our global brand standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have unlimited number of Brand Standards pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have global marketing assets on 7+ servers which are not accessable and organize well. Trying to get more efficient in time and spend to manage all these assets so global teams can better use.

Staying one step ahead in the decision-making process
What do you like best about the product?
IB is, without doubt, the pre-eminent multi-media document management system in the world. The intuitive UX/UI ensures that I can focus on the task at hand, and not fight the system. This, coupled with the reliable back end tech ensures that the customisable platform is robust to sustain any level of client user group competency and most importantly, is scalable. As a portal owner and direct client of IB, I was most impressed by the company culture in the way that I received, what felt like, a personalised, almost bespoke concierge like, customer service. The team have a genuine interest and buy in to your success.
What do you dislike about the product?
That IB is not a mandated BAU platform throughout industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IB initially presented as a solution to a very real need for timely and accurate intelligence dissemination in a kinetic hostile operating environment. We required simultaneous dissemination across a broad range of UI of highly sensitive multi-media in often austere conditions. The inherent non-obtrusive security protocols within IB meant that international clients, Government departments, multi-national Defence organisations, our operations staff and operators on the ground were able to send and receive real-time intelligence and act accordingly.

It is intuitive, exceptional UX/UI, reliable tech with high level security protocols, great service and impeccable customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
Intelligence Bank presented a multitude of features and benefits that was lacking in our current DAM system. From what I've seen, the UX and UI have the modality to customize a variety of experiences for our particular user. The ability to apply custom coding, integrate third party apps, and provide an array of administrative functions that would be useful for reporting and tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we have just begun our business relationship with Intelligence Bank, I don't have any immediate issues with the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Partnering with Intelligence Bank has given us one of the most important features, scalability. Our current DAM system does not have to ability to grow and thrive at the speed which we are progressing. We have outgrown the current DAM system and need a robust and elegant platform to keep up with our needs as we move forward. The current DAM system is mostly hard coded with limited features for any custom user experience. With Intelligence Bank, it seems that the possibilities are endless.
Efficient & organised DAM solution
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how simple Intelligence Bank is to learn and to use. We share this software across multiple offices, and we needed for all offices to be up-to-date with how to correctly source and manage digital assets. Not only did the Intelligence Bank team offer a great deal of support, but the software itself is fairly intuitive which meant our offices were able to get online and feel comfortable more quickly than expected. In particular, the keyword search bar at the top makes it easy to search for different assets - even new users can easily find their way around when logging in for the first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The download function has a lot of features, but it would be good if there was a way to select/compare photos before downloading. Often, I like to find as many relevant photos as possible for a particular channel or communication before selecting the best one. Rather than download all the possibilities and have to then file/delete them from my desktop, I'd appreciate having this functionality on Intelligence Bank. The bulk upload and desktop upload features are quite slow too - though it's hard to judge whether this is because of our own internet connection or because of software limitations. While I prefer using the bulk upload tool in order to add keyword/filters to assets at the time of upload, it can be frustrating that there's a limit on the number of files able to be uploaded in one go. The desktop uploader has no such limit, but then lacks the ability to add keyword/filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Intelligence Bank, we had too many assets stored in too many places, with not enough storage in any central place and too much double handling of data. Intelligence Bank has streamlined our asset management procedures. We now have all digital assets including photos, videos, case studies, social media and reports stored in one, central location that's easily accessible by all and which has more than enough storage allowance at present, plus the ability to scale to meet our needs. We're also able to save time and prevent double handling for ourselves and our suppliers by uploading shareable information directly to our central asset base instead of to each office individually. This has the added benefit of ensuring every office is up-to-date and doesn't miss out on new updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great value solution for your Digital Asset Management. Other software are more powerful but are also much more expensive. I've found that Intelligence Bank provides excellent value for the funtionality provided. Bonus points for the number of users including in the basic package. Other DAMs allow far fewer users for much higher cost.
I was blown away by its capabilities and innovative solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Two things stood out and liked best about IB. The ability to customize the system exactly how I envisioned it, both technically and aesthetically. And, the way IB has structured and engineered its system to adapt and connect to external applications and third-party software.
What do you dislike about the product?
This system is fantastic. However, if there is one thing I could dislike about it, it would be the project management side of it. I'm not sold on how it handles project management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main problem-solvers for us was the ability to create/partition multiple asset portals for our partners. IB allows us to create a customized portal for each of our partners, making it easy for them to access their company files and assets. This feature saves us time and allows us to focus on partner expansion all across the U.S.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice to others looking into IB is to not hesitate and connect with one of their sales/consultants. No need to be shopping around when this system has everything you might need in one place. They will advise on what's best for your business and not pressure you into buying anything. But it's hard not to buy when everything you want is there for you!
Great tool and great team to work with
What do you like best about the product?
I was drawn to IntelligenceBank for the customization available as well as the features and ease of use. I like that different companies can create a website that really looks and feels like an extension of their public site. I also felt that the search and filtering options would make it easy for our sales organization to find what they're looking for quickly and efficiently. The team has also been great to work with from on-boarding through account management. I also love the Collections function - one of the products we sell is highly visual, so I love that our sales organization can create a collection of photographs and technical data to send without bogging down someone's inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a few issues with user group permissions changing - but IntelligenceBank has been quick to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously our sales network made up of independent contractors didn't have consistent access to up-to-date marketing and sales materials. We were using OneDrive in the past, but since every sales rep has their own company, we found that permissions would expire. This has also given us a great way to organize this information, manage updates and house photos. I have received so many compliments on the site from its ease of use and just having one tool to house everything. As a marketing manager, this makes it easy for me to distribute the most up-to-date information to our internal and external partners.
