This software changed my life!
What do you like best about the product?
This software seriously organized everything for me. Simplified my assets, and turned them into tools. I spend less time trying to find things, and more time making moves. Love it and will recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
They customized everything for me, so there’s no reason to dislike anything here...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time, communication between multiple coworkers, no more back and forth. It’s a one stop shop that I can literally work from all day to get approvals, and cross off everything on my checklist in half the time.
Efficient & Informative Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize client facing portals is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features, like a workflow integration, that would be helpful to have. The interface could be more user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing, but I'm sure that will come with time and development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large-scale client organization, as well as a way for our clients to see what's going on "behind the scenes" without seeing all of our company guts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Their ability to customize your experience is beyond helpful and will help you get exactly what you want.
Easy to use, customisable and great support for our business.
What do you like best about the product?
IntelligenceBank allows us to fully customise the asset filing system and filters in a way that suits our business needs. The searchability is also a standout, having previously used a computer filing system which required manual searching of documents. Lastly the team at IntelligenceBank have been fantastic in their quick and helpful responses to any queries and their interest in hearing feedback and ideas that come through our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The InDesign connector has some limitations, as heavy users of this function we look forward to the fact that these are being addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously our files were in subfolder upon subfolder on our business network. Housing them on the IntelligenceBank system has allowed us greater reach when searching and we have rediscovered many valuable assets that have been tucked away over time and through staff transitions.
So far, so good.
What do you like best about the product?
We are just getting this off the ground and launched as it stands, but I will say- the system is very intuitive and has a lot of options that others could not replicate.
A few of our top favorites:
-you have a set number of "seats" that you can allocate according to your business need, so you can move them to different admin levels/groups as needed. Most other DAMs only allowed for a set number by permission group.
-There is a project management tool that can integrate, which other DAMs didnt offer that we are looking into for year 2+, but that was a nice feature as well.
-They offer a public portals for guests to view assets where we needed public visibility without a sign-on and registered user (Tech specs and product information type of assets).
-There are no limits to the number of groups we can create
-We can EASILY emulate a user's experience to view what they see and QA groups/permission settings for assets they should be seeing or should not. This wasn't available in several DAMs we vetted and the ease of which you can use this feature is great- total time saver!
-All in all the price was fairly comparable to others, but you can choose more alacarte options to make it fit your budget

What do you dislike about the product?
These are a few of our top issues/dislikes at this time:
-First, a collection link is NOT dynamic (i'm being told this will be in the roadmap and rolled out this quarter, though). So, for instance, if you add a new asset to a collection and that person uses the link they already had, it will not populate the newest assets after that. We're hoping this rollout happens soon so those static links show dynamic assets in collections.
-Reporting/analytics is pretty basic- don't expect a ton of bells and whistles or graphs, but you can try to work around and get info you need. Would love to see a user engagement report (ie who is logging in and using the tool, what asset is viewed or shared the most- it only shows downloaded) etc.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
working remotely during covid and sharing assets digitally- gives one place for all our assets to be stored. no more on-premise server! we like that we can view asset data to see what our top pieces will be and to know if our time investment is worth it after we've shared it and can see the download activity.
Consistently improving document management system
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to add filters to my team's assets that we can use for sorting our stored assets. I also like being able to use different levels of access for our team members. I also like the new(ish) Markup feature and the ability to upload new versions within a markup task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the clunkiness look of it and slowness of it, but I suspect some of that is because of our humongous archives. I also have trouble with the amount of options on the dropdown menu for each asset, and find myself frustrated with navigating it. I also think some of the labels are confusing and don't make it easy to intuit what they're for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of having a source of truth for our documents, and also trying to create and maintain an easy review process for high numbers of reviewers in groups that frequently vary. We've benefitted from a much smoother review process and a more reliable (though still difficult) asset library.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a big group of people who need to use the software with varying levels of access, make sure to clarify those users and the type of access you want them to have and why. Work closely with your IB rep while you set up your system to make sure you're doing it correctly. There are some interdependencies for users, groups, and other features that you may not realize are there, and your IB rep can help you navigate that structure.
An intuitive platform for managing and housing marketing materials
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive. It allows for multiple levels of permissions and users to customize the experience to meet your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding is extensive and can get confusing with little recommendations on best practices and use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is helping us house all of our marketing materials in one place and allows users to search, filter, download, and share easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your research and test different scenarios.
Jay's review of IBank
What do you like best about the product?
I like how quickly Ian and Mia respond when I have a question, and how patient they are with me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had no bad experiences with the software, so I have nothing to add here
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the DAM to host our technical manuals to our customers in the field. When we were with our previous DAM, our customers complained about slow load times and an outdated GUI. IBank solved these issues for us. It also allows us more control over the assets in the DAM. I don't have to go through another person to update the library.
Photo library with all professional pics
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily search for pics using the tags attached to each pic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slow for the gallery of pics to appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of having each person in the team saving pics on their own computers, not having them accessible to the whole team. Benefits - having easy access to a range of pics taken at different sites with relevant information attached - when taken, department featured, etc
A powerful digital asset management system
What do you like best about the product?
Intelligence Bank Digital Asset Management allows users to search easily the information they need through key words, tags,... or the search engine. The tool is powerful as it can put together a wide variety of files, formats, and different size, even creative assets. Also Intelligence Bank developers are able to personalize the digital platform according to your needs, and not limit itself to the Digital Asset Management System, so if you need so they can implement other needs or create features or bridges with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is quite powerful, and so can bring together a lot of files, but you need to think through the process the chosen files, folders... the idea is not put everything you have, but what you need. And that requires some work for the client. If you go down this path, you need to take time working step by step with Intelligence Bank. So I strongly recommend having a product owner for this kind of project, this is very important for the success of the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a number of problems, the first and main one being centralizing our tools and our date into one place. So we keep the house tidy, which can be a challenge in a very big organization and even more an international one. It also gives access to anybody in our system in the world, which is a really good point as internal digital systems can be a bit tricky sometimes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Name a product owner
Do your homework before: what are you trying to achieve in the first place, what is your main pain point
Who needs to be in the room to validate
What is your timeframe
Basic stuff for project management, but so important

The best asset management hub
What do you like best about the product?
Implementing the DAM at our workplace streamlined the management of assets for both internal and external stakeholders across our global company. We've been using it for about 4 years now and it's been great! It makes it so simple to upload and manage brand assets with flexibility and control. It's really easy to use and looks great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times it can be a little slow when loading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's so great having a central platform for everyone to be able to access and manage assets. The wider team have all adapted to using the DAM so well so it's saving the design studio a lot of time!
